  1. Really depends on who Sky pick. BBC won't pick Ibrox and as they were just at Celtic Park are unlikely to pick that one apparently. So it leaves it between Aberdeen and us. Let's just say that the on air talent have no say either before any conspiracy theories start up.
  2. My BBC mole says it might be Aberdeen v Killie on the TV. Sky has first pick. Being decided today.
  3. The club haven't really publicised it more than any other young promising player. It's the media around the move, mainly from India where he has a decent rep because of the world cup, that has made it into something it's not. As said above he'll be training with the first team squad like the other goalies.
  4. Hes a development team signing (if he signs). Nowt more, nowt less.
  5. Quite right, and the bonus is we don't have the Rangers on terrestrial TV. Win win.
  6. Sky will want the games with biggest viewership which would be Celtic and Rangers games. But I'd imagine BBC will take one of them. Which will leave Sky to choose between us and Aberdeen. I'll be surprised if we get chosen.
  7. Wasn't long ago we were hoping not to get a lower league team because they kept pumping us out!
  8. Killie are going to be playing twice a week for the next few weeks. I think that has a good chance of denting their good run of form. Many twists and turns yet in the battle for that 6th spot.
  9. 3 of the ties will be covered (2 sky, 1 BBC). I'd think we might be the one left out to be honest. Which suits me fine.
  10. We'll out of their last 4, 3 have been away from home and the other one was us at Hampden.
  11. Take that every day of the week. With everyone available we have a very good chance.
  12. Killie play Dundee midweek so hopefully there will be some weariness in them legs come Saturday at 3pm. They build wins upon keeping it tight and have only won by more than a 1 goal margin twice in the league since October (both against Partick). So, if we can score a couple we should be fine. As someone said, we are in good form too so I expect us to compete and at least come away with a point.
  13. Delighted with that win. Wasn't at it but listened on Mixlr (good job Lewis and Ryan) and watched the highlights. As an aside, 3 own goals in the last month or so. Maybe things are indeed beginning to even themselves out. That said, we are now pushing and playing in the right parts of the pitch to force these own goals. More of that please.
  14. Same as a few here. Dunne was top of my shouldn't be in the team list not long ago. However, he's on great run of form now - keeping it simple, using his speed and strength smartly and actually making some decent passes rather than launching them like a rocket. Long may it continue!
  15. I don't subscribe to this at all. Someone else can get them and beat them thanks!
  16. Fitzy was ok. Not good enough for this level though long term. All the best to him though
  17. The much discussed Mixlr for me today to help pass the time on a 5 hour train journey. Think we'll win.
  18. They said a few weeks ago when Hartley was suspended that he had been working with a foot problem that he'd have to manage to the end of the season. So of it's got worse or they've now looked into it with the back 3 performing well then I wouldn't be surprised if it's a long term issue.
  19. As much as he is resistant to start with it, we've changed to a back 4 quite a few times. Might be time to start with it soon.
  20. I really want to see Bigi start (have him in my suggested team over in the other thread). But I think half the pro lemon is that any time he has started he has basically failed to impress for the 90. He's been great coming on though.
  21. Hartley is still injured with this foot thing. So, the Kipre chat is a non starter. For me there are a few key decisions to be made following the last game: Cadden - Wether it's the position not being right for him, actual fitness, confidence, just match fitness or a bit of everything...he's just not been right for a while. Last season he'd my first name on the team sheet but not right now. Much like... McHugh - Not a great season to date. Defensively has been good recently. But his distribution is awful and if he plays in a midfield 3 with no creativity it just looks even worse. Tanner - When he is playing well he is great and can be that link between midfield and up front...but it's too rare. Robinson needs to either persist in the hope it's all confidence/match fitness related or change it. I'd change it. Carson Kipre Aldred Dunner Tait Campbell Bigi McHugh Frear Main Cifcti
  22. Not if we stick with the system and play 3 at the back I'd say.
  23. Think we'll see an 11 today closer to most people's first choice from Robinson. This is the 5th game in 14 days (7 in 21 come next Saturday), which needs to be looked at next year. No point in having 3 weeks off to just come back and play 2 games a week for a a few weeks. Cadden and Cifcti will have benefited from a wee rest midweek and come back in for me. I'd like to see Hartley back in but not sure who deserves to drop out to be honest. Dunne has been playing well defensively to be fair but Hartley is a superior defender so he'd go. Tait does admirably well (usually) on the left. But I'd drop him for a bit of balance and give Hendrie a go. No space for Rose either. I'd go: Carson Kipre Aldred Hartley Cadden Campbell McHugh Hendrie Tanner Main Cifcti
