Unbelievable. They have a cheek to annouce, AT THE START OF THE SEASON, post split fixture dates then they change two immeadiately upon their announcement and give one the most random time I think I have ever seen Motherwell feature in with regards to an SPL match.

Not sure that could be any harder. Three away vistis to the OF in our last 6 games as well as one of them being the last game of the season

BBC reporting Hearts vs Motherwell in the 2nd round of fixtures. Hearts start away to Rangers.

Should be announced very soon. BBC reporting Falkirk have 3 home games and St Mirren have to go to the Falkirk Stadium again. Falkirk to stay up methinks. Come on.......Hibs or Hearts at Fir Park on the 17th!!!!

Surely those fixture dates aren't set in stone. I'd imagine SKY/ESPN will no doubt ask for a Saturday fixture to be moved to a Sunday if they like the look of it.

I know Canterbury got a bit of stick on here for their logo being on the chest and both sleeves but I thought it actually looked good like that. The Kappa motiks on the shoulder though looks neddy as hell. You are right about the strip. Very familiar looking.

Must admit I don't like that Kappa top. Usually preseason brings some kind of upheavel for us. Maybe this year the big 'drama' will be who will make our strips

Agree with netherton here. Brazilian announced it on here on Sunday night but even then 6 days notice isn't enough for something like this. Sadly, I doubt I will be able to make it. Ruddy and Hateley for me as well. Both I suppose could lift either award.

They are in and around the club on a daily basis. Some will have have had meetings with Leeann and their agents with regards to extending contracts/getting better deals. Some of that might be down to how much money we generate this season. I've seen 'players' bottle situations in the closing moments of 7 a side matches when it is tight never mind when it is their livelihood. Most of the players who are in our current squad will never win a championship or cup winners medal. To say you were part of the team that qualified for Europe three years in a row (admittedly not a large amount now but there is a few still here) regardless of how we did it last year IS a great achievement. Pressue isn't always about titles and relegation. It is about club and personal financial stability, fan expectaion/pressure, more media attention and so on. Hibs are the perfect example. Bottled the Scottish Cup even BEFORE they got to the business end and currently bottling the league despite imo having the strongest midfield and forward line outside the OF. Why? Not because of winning the title or fear of relegation but more due to fan/media expectation and pressure. We can go out and 'express ourselves' when we can no longer move up or down the table.

Tom Hateley for me. The lad, IIRC, has played every minute of every game and has hardly put a foot wrong despite playing in numerous positions. On top of that he has, imo, scored our goal of the season. Jennings never got much of a look in till January so hasn't been as integral to the team as Hateley. Agree about Humphrey though. Fast runner. Fast runner in a straight line when on the ball. So far that is it.

Yes it is. We are playing for Europe and as high up the league as possible. Given the fact we exited the Scottish Cup at the first stage we need a good financial boost. There is a massive chunk of cash difference between finishing 3rd and finishing 6th.

That isn't the way it works. You play your best players. If someone fills in due to injury they invariably get replaced whe the injured player returns. That will happen in this case as well.
