I love the new kit and had it a few days after it was launched. I've worn it proudly in airdrie and llanelli and believe it to be the best design for years. I've got loads of motherwell tops and shorts in the house that i've bought over the years and many of them have a different shade of amber from each other, this one is my favourite. Also the motherwell badge in the centre looks as if it's been sewn with high definition thread. My wifes bro in law and my top have all had to go back to the shop to be repressed bcos the jaxx logo had started to peal. I believe they had a whole batch delivered that done this after there first wash but this was just a minor annoyance to what is the best we've ever had i'm delighted!!!

just had a look at the swindon town website for patrick kanyuka big 6ft centre half and definately sounds like what we are looking for. My main concern is his injury record he's played 18 times since 2004/05 season. My guess is the names on the gossip column are far too random to be made up on the villa website it doesn't give any more info than his d.o.b sounds like an ideal candidate for a loan deal as the guy ould have to do a lot to come into martin o neills plans

I've read varying points about hughes and he was a good player for us and had his moments. I don't feel he's a player that justifies such a return of £7k a week though. Over the two legs against llanelli we saw really promising signs from ross forbes, a player who constantly wants the ball and has taken over the hughes role like a duck to water. Was he not part of the dumbarton squad that won the 3rd division last year. Seeing as our new manager is willing to give the young uns a chance it would've been fairly harsh, giving a kings ransom in wages for hughes, as that alone almost guarantee's first team football. I don't agree that we'll be in a relagation dogfight next year,we've already seen strings added to our bow since jim gannon took over. For instance when is the last time you saw us score 3 headed goals in a game? I'm just waiting for someone to say that is was against part timers but the balls put in from slane hammel and o brien were quality. just my 2 cents. I support the club first and players second as it should be. All i want is 100% for every ball and commitment from players. It doesn't take much to win me over effort and commitment, thats why i liked klimpl there was no doubt he was rash in the tackle but he was commited. I like big flow he's at our club and a good chap!! The groundsman is now on my christmas card list and ehh stevie kirk and dougie arnott in hospitality there braw as well. I'm beside myself just now and the feeling is all the more painful after what we've went through as a support and a club over the last 2 years. Who would've thought we would achieve 3rd place after what malpas done with the squad, but to have had that success and then see our squad lose key player after key player. I know we are a selling club and always will be to survive as we will never command a support like the old firm, but if we keep selling our prize assets then what am i investing my season ticket money for? I pay to watch the well every week and love the club, but is my investment being taken for granted? I still pay the same price no matter what we put on the park but with, paterson,porter,mccormack,smith,hughes,mclean,malcolm and more to follow of the squad that achieved 3rd on the way out i fear we'll be in a battle with the diddy teams in the league that we fought so hard to climb away from. It's always 2 steps forward 3 steps back, i just don't understand the mentality of mcghee in the first place not signing up our key players on longer deals or did he want them freed up to take to pittodrie or whereever he'll be? I'm sensing tough times ahead but if we do sell clarky and quinn will we use the money to bring new blood in? One thing for sure is whoever comes in it will be there squad and the success or failure that brings will be down to them. Still want the job guys???
