I was on bus 29 and other than paying double from the semi and having to provide our own toilet, it was grand. Got in with time to spare and driver left a bit earlier than the 6 he was supposed to leave. My son did the draw for the ball and his mate won it. Don't come here spouting your Antipodean logic. Just let us pay over the odds for a half baked product. If they vote for more of the same, most of us will be done. We need to get bodies in, be that free Oap's, under 16's, local community clubs, FFS the club can't be that blind to the dropping attendances. Even the local community initiatiives don't know if they are eligible for free kids passes anymore. Website/communication has a lot to be desired. £40 for 2 hours of coaches on their mobile for half the time.

FFS we're one of the cheapest season tickets in the league. Cutting the price is cutting the throat. We need to stay in touch with the opposition, but more reasonable for away fan's and our own. Seriously 3000+ crowds ain't a long term option. Plan B- sell our soul to the devil and amalgamate with club Z. Maybe not too far away.

Just had a look at Gunning's profile on the Blackburn website. It shows him as having 1 sub appearance for Blackburn this season and 2 appearances for Bury?? Another feck up looming??

Like others have said, I thought the wrong forward came off for Sutton. His movement was good, his pace was good, took a while to settle. Few missed chances. Second half he contributed more, but the team overall did also. Murphy is too 'powder puff'. His heading and shooting is abysmal at the moment, as is some of his decision making. Sutton and Casagolda up front on Saturday.

I'd give Casagolda a start tonight to see what he can do. Give Murphy or Sutton a rest on the bench.

My personal view on things irrespective of the results; McCall has been asked to prevent relegation this season and nothing more. We'll replace half the people who leave. Money brought in from sales/add on's is now being directed to investments to secure the future of the club. Move away from FP is not too far away, but dependant on sale price of ground. (And on investment on other areas around the ground). The long term future of the club is now internal development, hence the revamp of the community coaching etc. No point coaching kids without them competing. We'll become a feeder club for loans etc, but not before someone else makes the jump.
