"A" is the classic kit and to my mind is the best of them all, though "B" is a reasonably close second. That said, I wouldn't like to see either as the current strip, simply because the sponsor's logo (any sponsor) and the SPL requisite numbers/patches takes the look off them. Their beauty lies in their simplicity - something that isn't possible in the modern era of multiple sponsors/ sleeve patches/ dictated types of player names and numbers, so it's a "D" vote for me.

It's £166 million that we're fantasising about. No-one needs that kind of money. Donating or investing in MFC isn't going to leave the weans starving and if it was me, I'd certainly throw some cash into the club's coffers as well as many charities. In fact, I'd be trying to get rid of most of it, not just because it's far more than someone needs to live a comfortable life but having that kind of dosh brings a hell of a lot of unwanted attention from nosey folk and folk with bad intentions. £166 million paints an awfy big target on the backs on the winner and their family.

I wouldn't say the thread went off-topic. It's only natural that when we start talking about a kid-on footballer, we end up talking about other kid-on footballers.

I think Xbox's Kinect and Playstation's Move would lend themselves quite well to a Subbuteo game that could keep the traditional flicking action. Doubt there'd be much demand for it though.
