  1. I know that's why you posted it
  2. Folks, I had a look back at the original official club website article for the Fulham game. Looks like it's a 2pm kick off. The fixture isn't listed in the fixtures section and the reminder article posted today doesn't appear to have a kick off time. The basics?
  3. Wales even. But aye - a very good point. Since I'm such a lucky sod I would never dream of booking something like this until the second leg was out the way (even at 4-0) Even though it's a formality this would have been a better thread for late Thursday / early Friday. I know many will be left high and dry - but this thread (and the Euro one) would make some reading if Bangor banged five past the puffins.
  4. Johnstone - 'the sage' - is on the money. Quinn looks to have been let down by Donny and is 'between clubs'
  5. It'll be a good move for him - apparently there's an opportunity to do some coaching as well (dunno if that's true). No problems with him moving on to wherever as long as he can carve out a career for himself. You could see the frustration that he was enduring last season when his legs just weren't taking him where his brain wanted to go. The surgery he's endured has obviously hampered his ability to get back to the levels he once attained. Fucking Legend! Mon the Faddy!
  6. The next few weeks will be interesting
  7. Wheesht man. You're absolutely sizzlin
  8. The other thing will be that the booking fort a football club at a training camp will be for up to a certain amount of places, who knows the flight may be something similar. The guy might not be adding much expense at all. I suppose I'm not with the guys who think we should send our overpaid prima donnas down to the quarry to break rocks for pre season training in prep for a European campaign they earned last season.
  9. Ben Gordon said to be leaving Ross County after the club saying he had signed for another year. Bradford born Defender Ross County Just saying like
  10. I'd like the manager to bring in anybody he thought would take us forward. Be that from the youth set up or from signings of experienced players.
  11. I thought Murray looked a very decent prospect. Pretty capable defender
  12. If we're replacing Anier we'll need more of a like for like replacement. Thinking more of the Burke mould than the Higdon one.
  13. Its kinda funny the beraters get all touchy about getting berated for berating. But seriously, if the conversation was around folk saying that they didn't think ZFA was that great or that consistent or whatever then there really wouldn't be much of a conversation. But when folk start saying he's a 'bombscare', 'poorest players in a well shirt', amongst the worst ever. etc. Then surely folk can step in with a counter argument
  14. The comments here about Zaine are pretty spiteful / shameful. Sure he's frustrating and inconsistent. But he IS one of our youngsters - he isn't keeping one out. He's had good games and bad and he's been played in a few positions, left mid, left back even on the right. However he can changen a game when playing well and when his dander is up he can offer (and has offered) more than some of our (some now departed) experienced players. His performance at Partick over the festive period should be what he's aiming for on a consistent basis. There's enough there to show that he could possibly develop into a very useful asset. Still if you want e.g. to keep screaming shouting for him to run offside while he's holding, holding , holding waiting for Hammell or someone to play the ball forward for him then batter in. (I suppose having to double back and run away from goal to collect the ball facing the wrong way with a defender on your back is far more positive)
  15. Is that who that was? I thought it was Freddie Mercury's dad'
  16. Funnily enough I spied david bentlley in upper crust earlier.
  17. People moan like fuck about points lost in the run in. Wastes of jerseys in unacceptable performances. Blowing the chance of Europe. Then when the club burst a gut and achieve Europe and do their utmost to keep the squad together we then find it unacceptable that it's £25 to get into the first home tie. Really? Is this where we're at?
  18. It would be great to see the season ticket sales pick up again too on the back of it
  19. Just seen Paul McGowan in Upper Crust
