Bob Park and Suzanne Read were both publicly in favour of the Barmack scam and ended up with egg on their face when we told him to GTF. They are probably looking at this as an opportunity to reassert themselves here. Bob Park should be moved out asap and Read should be told to concentrate on her actual job. At least Caldwell tried to pretend he was in favour of fan ownership, the other two were totally out of order and would have been disciplined for their social media posts about the takeover in any serious company.

He was literally the worst. Second lowest save percentage and a complete disaster at set pieces.

That's the biggest difference. The fact that he was involved with Scotland seemed to blind a lot of people to the fact that Kelly was the worst goalie in the league by a fair distance last season. Some of the stuff he was doing was absolutely mental and teams were aware of how much of a liability he was and targeted him. Big Aston should have been given a chance much earlier.

Aye didn't see that coming. Still pretty poor from open play but good set pieces are huge. It was a like a good Robinson performance where we won all the battles across the park. We got a boost last season from playing teams coming back from Euro aways then struggled when we didn't have that advantage. We still definitely need a few players in to strengthen the squad. I thought Ewan Wilson was immense today. He's pushed on and cemented that lwb position as his own.

Looking at that line up makes me think Kettlewell's not got long left.

I sit not far from Block E and I haven't seen any disturbances so whatever it is was must have taken place outside the stadium. At the Q&A Caldwell and a few other Helen Lovejoy types were talking about Fir Park - by which they obviously meant the East Stand - as if was the Bronx in the 1980s. It was utter nonsense from people who have almost certainly never sat in the East Stand during a game.

This again shows that Caldwell is either bullshitting or clueless when he talks about growing the support. Our support grows when teenagers getting into the habit of coming to Fir Park but Caldwell and Bob Park seem to want to make that as difficult as possible. Maybe they were so desperate for Barmack to take over so he could help them with decision making.

I thought we would have had at least one midfielder in for Sunday. Shambles doesn't even start to describe this transfer window.

When you are struggling to score goals the answer isn't Jack Vale. He's not much better than a jersey filler. The Blackpool boy looks more promising.

Most members don't want to be involved in the running of the Society. As long as is there is enough active members for the Society to function then I don't see a problem.

The idea that if your on the Well Society board you need to be politically neutral is daft. It's not the fucking BBC or the Royal Family. You should have took a leaf out the Ulster men's book and put up a Loyalist candidate.

It's their business model. If they mention the Old Firm it'll get promoted by social media algorithms and push notifications. It's all about clicks and advertising.

That's three strong additions to the board as well as Derek staying on. Hopefully the people that missed out will still be able to contribute.

I wasn't a fan of Spittal but I will say he was better than nothing. Naismith will no doubt give him a start on Sunday.

Strangely the game on Sunday is bigger for Hearts than the Euro tie. There's not much difference financially between the Europa and the Conference and they could possibly make more in the Conference by winning a few games whereas they will get hammered every match in the Europa. Naismith needs a league win far more than the Europa group stage. We also badly need a league win but with our fanbase Kettlewell will probably be able to dine out on a extra time win against Killie reserves for months so there's less pressure on him. Expect another Halliday and O'Donnell masterclass.

The level of the early signings is battling against Accies at the bottom of the Championship. Unless we want to make that adjustment we need another two midfielders.

Aye seriously. He's signed about 15 players and none of them are that number 10 type.

The cost of bringing the player we need will be less than the cost of not having an attacking centre mid. League position, cup runs, Lennon Miller's value, crowds and growing the support will all suffer if we continue with this season's brutal style of play.

We'd still need an attacking midfielder as we saw yesterday. Miller, Jack and a Spittal replacement.

That's good. Jet lag probably contributed to his muscle injury so it's better if he stays here.
