Stick a league table up on the wall for them to look at? Show them a video highlights of the season? I'm guessing the players we have know they are shite but if any of them are struggling with the concept it would be easy enough to explain it.

Aye McInnes is a smart manager. Van Veen is a confidence player, give him a debut against Cove and if he scores a few he'll push on. Play him against us and he's under pressure which he can't handle.
