Sky Sports are reporting that we have signed Goalkeeper Mark Gillespie from Walsall on a 2 year deal. Club just confirmed it too!

Seeing a few reports on Twitter that we are very close to signing Ellis Plummer, a 22 year old Centre Back, released by Man City last month. He was on loan at St Mirren a few seasons ago but only made 7 appearances due to Injury. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ellis_Plummer

Lasley is a massive fan of Ciftci so that might have something to do with it. He has been pretty vocal at Q&A'S about his admiration for him as a player. I think he'd be a great signing if we lose Moult!

I wouldn't be too bothered if he left if we get decent money for him. I think he was starting to get found out a wee bit at the end of the season!

Not sure if there is much in this, but Flo has followed 4 players on Twitter this week, Bigi, Fisher, Tanner... and Greg Stewart! Stewart would be a brilliant signing! Has hardly had any game time at Birmingham and must be desperate for first team football! Think he still has a few years left down there but a good loan option?

There's a boy Shea Gordon from Sheffield United claiming on Twitter to have signed for us. Northern Irish midfielder. 19/20 year old.

I think an energetic winger would be a useful addition to the squad. Chalmers did really well on Saturday, but I felt if we had someone with more pace and willingness to get to the bye-line we could have cut them open and hurt them more. Was disappointed Dom Thomas didn't get on to do just that. Brobbel has been at quite a few clubs (Scunthorpe, Darlington, Tranmere, Torquay) on trial this pre-season and seems to have impressed... but not enough to get a deal. Scored for Tranmere and got a few assists in other games... worse hair-do than Fletcher though!!
