I also tried to send an email to the club tonight and the message I "sent" disappeared from my draft box. There was an email header but no message. Hhmm, odd. Every fan who bought a kit of inferior quality should take it back for a refund. Fans deserve better than this.

This is poor marketing management by Motherwell. Surely they must have done due diligence searches to determine the financial viability of the sponsor? The fans were right along when they talked about the poor quality of the kits they had bought recently and the Club has let the fans down.

Isn't this really what its all about, football fans getting together, having a beer together before the game, being rivals and outshouting each other during the game and then having a laugh after. Well done the fans of Llanelli and Motherwell.

There's always somebody who wastes it for everybody else, no doubt because their "goal" was more to get as drunk as a skunk than watch the game. They have no right to disgrace the jersey and should be banned.

It's really awesome to read positive comments about our fans like that. Thanks Swansea fan for taking the time to write about your impressions. That's the main thing really, that our fans behave as well as we do and credit themselves and the Club. Keep it up fans and really well done.

I'd love to see some of your photos and videos from the trip to Llanelli. The thread on the old board with the pics and vids from Nancy was one of the best threads ever. So could all you guys please post them on here.
I loved the video of the march.
Loved that, proud to be a 'Well fan yet again. Well done fans, all credit to you for being super supporters.

Kind of jealous reading this thread....have a great time everybody and roar on the 'Well to victory!

Clearly from the above posts the kits have been perhaps rushed through but definitely the quality has been compromised. CCC and MFC will make excuses, but it is not acceptable for fans to buy less than quality merchandise. Fix it those who are responsible for their negligence and people keep your receipts and take back your items to the store.

I actually had Slane in, the boy is a wee dickhead but a good player. Id still be tempted to go with McGarry just for experiences sake, i dont buy into the idea of playing youngsters in a game like this id much rather go with experince when trying to break down an 11 man defence. I would however be tempted to make changes early on if it was clear somebody like McGarry just wasn't at the races. Im not trying to defend McGarrys performance tonight, he was absolutely garbage but i do think he has something to offer if played up front in his natural position. Sutton looked like an absolute carthorse tonight but give him a good chance and he'll usually strike it cleanly and it ends up in the back of the net most of the time. I just cant see two youngsters having the same presence up front despite Suttons poor display tonight.
I mostly agree with you Gav.

Was disappointed myself at the result. However in saying that although it was a "home" game it might have well been away in the sense it wasn't FP and the players don't play there. There's no reason we can't win the 2nd leg and lastly, I LOVED the home strip with the claret band all the way around the shirt, the way it should be.

OK,i'll bite .......... I know him spoke to him on the train said he was on the way back from somewhere called bannockburn seems there was some sort of rammy there, he got mixed up in, did say he won, seems a gang of english hooligans tried to take over the place, but he soon showed them the way home, not sure if this is the same guy though...................
That made me laugh...

Sutton misses a great chance to wrap it up
Hate to see that from a striker, could be costly
-
Well done Clarky, bit of luck though on the non-decision at the other end but great we took advantage
-
Can't understand why we have gone so flat from the kick off

Sutton yeeeeeeeeeeeeees

Hahahaha! A shout out to Flow!!
Did you try the "stand alone" player?
-
Cautious start to the game and as numpty said an early defensive blunder that could have been worse

Robert is a good friend of mine and a longtime 'Well fan. We used to go to games together and ran a supporters club. Anyone know if he is registered on here or of his whereaboots?
Cheers.

Hi SteveDiggle,
Have read your post and agree with you that our new kit design is, in my opinion, the best in decades and your friends, the designers, should be applauded for their work. That being said, I do not retract one word from my previous post. Many fans reported their annoyance at the "quality" of the shirts they bought. That must be taken into consideration. As to my point on due diligence, clearly, it was not done properly. My view is protect the fans, oh and you don't need to tell me about the claret hoop, but thanks for the information. We are all in the same club but I am fed up with the people of Motherwell being constantly given second best, ergo the council and the state of the town. We are obviously not Real Madrid, but "only if we knew" what? The people of Motherwell deserve the best, second best aint good enough.
