Surprised you mentioned Watt. I thought he had a couple of good touches but I thought largely ineffective and wasteful.

Fadinger had a bit of bite, some deft touches, and good movement into the box and finally got reward.

Early days for Watt, but I was encouraged that at least he was getting involved and didn't hide.

True, not writing him off by any means, only that I didn’t think he had anywhere near a ‘superior player’ type of game.

Fadinger and Watt the two standouts for me.

The new players all showed up pretty well. Watt, Just, Fadinger and Slattery all ball players who will link up well once they are more familiar with one another.

Longelo was very good in the first half. Took his goal well and was had a great strike just before that well saved by the keeper.

Good to see McGinn back and giving his standard 7/10.

For overall performance and getting the winning goal it has to be Fadinger though.

It shows how much opinions differ , but I thought he was pretty poor and o Donnell was an upgrade for once. I reckon O'Donnell will start on Saturday.
