Angie 1991 Posted January 19, 2009 Report Share Posted January 19, 2009 Motherwell Fc Girls have matched Celtic Girls feat of winning their respective Leagues at 3 age levels,u13s,15s and 17s.A great achievment for the Motherwell Girls who have been consistently amongst the top teams in the country.The girls are now back at training preparing for the new season which will start in March and end in November.This is a trial year for the Introduction to Summer Football.Motherwell are holding an Open Day/Trials on Sunday at Fir Park Astro from 2-4pm.Anyone interested in seeing if girls can indeed play football is welcome to come along. Should get GAG to give u's yer own wee slot on here to keep us up to date with the teams results 'n such. Give the ALL the teams a higher profile, mibby even got more suppoters at the games. Do we still have a full women's team in the league as well and if so how are they doing? Still have a full women's team we have started back training and had a friendly against Glasgow Uni yesterday we won 6-2.
