We can probably live with goalkeeping error now and again but unfortunately that’s 2 games in a row where it’s been a major contributor to loosing points. So the frequency and consequences of the mistakes have put a lot of focus there. Had we not dropped points or had they been a few games apart then perhaps there would not be the same impetus to get Ox back in goals. Personally, I would give Ox a run out but I think JBA will stick with Ward for the Dundee game.
-
Oh aye, totally get that. But if we swap Ox in as a safe pair of hands and he ends up giving goals away because he is shite with his feet and JBA insists he plays out anyway, we really arent any further forward. Hopefully he is good enough.....

If Wikipaedia is to be believed, he had a trial with 'Well in 2007 but he was not signed on in time before the transfer window closed.
-
Looks like Euan Wilson unused sub at today's Raith game.
-
Turns out Biereth's better off with Slattery or Spittal in his team.
-
Outside of the carry on after Kettlewell left I think we have done a better job. Don't get me wrong we completely mishandled it but outside of that done a fine job.
-
I thought Denmark’s tactics lacked a bit of imagination and didn’t give Beireth the ball on the ground enough and no balls in behind the defence to run onto. They pretty much just put in cross after cross which we dealt with pretty easily.
-
Not an ex Motherwell player though Rab Douglas was a good listen on Off the Ball today with Tam Cowan Plenty of Well chat , had no idea Rab grew up a big Well fan . Sounded like he still likes us Ironic he was in goals the day McDonald scored twice in 2005 😆
-
Christian Eriksen is the man makes that Denmark team tick. It was a bonus he wasn't playing last night.
-
Hanley did ok tbf Dykes is a carthorse and should not be in the squad never mind playing. The boy Conway has been exceptional for Boro for about a year and should be playing. Anyway, I was disappointed with Biereth last night, I thought he was poor but I thought that Danish side were poor irrespective of their FIFA ranking.
-
Dykes won every header and could have scored if he'd been a bit sharper. Overall, a good performance considering he's just back from a lengthy injury. Christie, though, the BBC said he put in a MotM performance - I thought he was very average. Biereth did nothing, apart from try to get Max sent off.
-
Hanley actually was excellent last night, however Dykes and Christie.....

Callan Elliot earned another cap for NZ this evening.
-
Not really, nil nil - well done Scotland
-
And Dykes must be keeping the body in his freezer.

-
Fair enough, though that's an opinion. I don't see any reason why we couldn't.
-
Because we’ll get a draw at best. 🤷♂️
-
I honestly don't know what pictures Hanley has on his phone but someone needs to steal it before we have to endure another campaign with him in the team
-
Biereth starts for Denmark, easy street for him as that clown has picked Hanley
-
You're very welcome. I let friends know about the other one but they aren't going up next week. Hope you get it sold - maybe post on pie and bov too?
-

As a young boy I was privileged to play with Bobby at our primary school. He was some player. My hero was St John, so I was very interested in everything Liverpool, and followed Bobby's career. I was so pleased when he signed for the 'Well and what joy he brought with his partnership with Willie Pettigrew. Condolences to Bobby's family and friends. A true' Well legend. RIP Bobby 🙏
-
Of course not ............................ but I'm sure he'll find one.

Sad to here the news of Bobby passing……Motherwell born and bred Was very unfortunate to be at Liverpool at the time when Anfield was awash with great strikers, including St John, who signed him when he was our manager …..Bobby still managed to be included in the poll The 100 Players who shook the Kop (2013)“ He played all 54 games in the 1969/70 season. After a promising start to the 1970/71 season, he fell awkwardly on the Anfield turf when Chelsea were the visitors early in October and was carried off with a broken leg……. John Toshak was signed to replace him Still think he could have done a job for us but sadly moved across the M74 where he continued to score R.I.P
