  1. Past hour
  2. It happened last year , it pretty seamless. My google wallet updated with my new season ticket and would expect it to be seamless again next year. However I do agree the wording about the digital option could be clearer.
  3. Great player. But, another one who is likely to have offers way above our pay grade unfortunately. He would probably walk into any SPL team outwith Celtic right now.
  4. I see Stuart Armstrong is a free agent? I always liked him as a player but at 33 I’m not too sure. He does seem like one of these uber fit guys and im sure he’d do us a decent turn for a season but i would understand the reluctance.
  5. And in fact, I went into the office after renewing online and taking the digital option (I want my card updated) and was told that my card would be updated. The whole thing is as clear as mud and I suspect another visit to the office will be required.
  6. Today
  7. But that option doesnt exist online. Thats the whole problem. I shouldnt have to phone or go to the ticket office to complete what is the most obvious choice for most people!
  8. If your seat details are the same and the type of card you are buying is unchanged then your card will just be updated - they told me that if there were any issues with the card updating they would let me know. Last year I didn't get a new card - they just updated my card when I bought my season ticket.
  9. I was in exactly the same boat, as I suspect were/are many others. Its now confirmed that a digital ticket is one which gets downloaded to your phone and I don't want that for the same reasons as you (I believe others have the same concern). The site and the answer I was given still doesn't clarify what online option those whose details remain unchanged and wish to renew should select online. There is a problem here and it needs to be fixed. Season ticket renewal needs to be as simple and straightforward as possible.
  10. Ross County fans have gone off Hale of late, but Chilvers is a decent player - he's injured of course.
  11. That was precisely my point. I dont need a new cars. Im keeping the same seat, price, class etc. Just need the card updating with the new data, which is why I ticked digital. I went in on Wednesday night and the girl there confirmed that digital only refers to season tickets downloaded to your phone. You have no physical card. I dont fancy that option as I dont trust myself or my phone not to f#ck that up. I was then told to phone the club on Monday and they will be able to fix it. Im still none the wiser as to whether I need a new card or my old one gets updated. All very confusing but we will get their in the end.
  12. Totally agree with the Hale comment, the guy appears to work his socks off and has talent, id bite Ross County's hand off if he were available!!!!
  13. I eventually emailed the club about this query and here is its response. In fairness they replied quickly. "The issue with online is if we add access to their card as a delivery option, those who need new cards (changed seat, age ranges etc), won’t know they need to collect new cards. If we added it as an option online, it would give fans the false pretence they won’t need new cards, when they do. It is in the news story about season tickets: Do I need a new season card? – If your price class and seat details remain the same, you will use the same 24/25 season card. If your price class changes, for example Young Adult to an Adult ticket, or a change of seat, you will be issued with a new season card prior to the new season." I get the issue about those wishing to renew and change seats / age groups etc. but it still doesn't clarify what online option those who wish to renew and whose details remain the same, should select. Am I missing something?
  14. Yesterday
  15. They also played the 'Ugly customer' version of Up the well by Tam Cowan and Matt Johnstone too, and for a spell when it was fanzine day 'One Step beyond' the best motherwell fanzine named after a madness song ever
  16. Perfect signing criteria for us then
  17. Chilvers is an excellent player but badly injured.....fully fit he's top notch
  18. I am still convinced he can be a success, been unlucky with injuries and before that Eddie Munster played in headless chicken role. Play him through middle and give him service
  19. My mate said exact same about chilvers last night
  20. I always check the forums of the teams when we sign players. Carlisle like us, usually, played one up top and Armstrong struggled. But they said he did much better on the times when they played two up. Queue - two goals up front last night as part of a two.
  21. Some people are open to Watt staying - but it's obviously going to be down to Wimmer. My opinion will be completely irrelevant - because he and the club will make the decision. Don't really think it matters that much - always going to be polarised views over players
  22. A big question is will AP stay fit and how many goals will a fit AP score? (That's really 2 questions, but I can't be bothered editing it).
  23. We struggle to score goals, why anyone would think its a good idea to re-sign multiple non scoring strikers from this team is beyond me. Armstrong - given his mobility there is an argunment he could fit into wimmers preffered pressing system. Watt...... the guy has ability but shows it once in 20 games. Theres a reason he has had so many clubs & he's barely made an impression this season with exception of one game. Hopefully Wimmer has re-signed enough to give us stability next year & he clears the decks of the rest of the dross.
