Something tells this me that this will be a wild selection and formation today. Aberdeen would seem to have a brand new side today as well as they went tonto in the January window. Iād except a crappy 1-0 win right now on what will be a boggy park.

Were programmes issued for the following motherwell games in Europe. Aalesund away Panathanikos away Levante away Stjarnan away Glentoran away Coleraine home The glentoran and coleraine games were during covid but we issued a programme for glentoran at home and coleraine issued one for the away tie. All help appreciated.

Robinson's club interview after the game yesterday was mainly about the lack of effort and/or fitness in relation to the players who are not getting a game, despite St Mirren's form. Same stuff we all know - January signings are only about bringing in bodies with potential, because they can't afford to buy players who have actually been playing somewhere, even if that was English non-league. Campbell desperately needs someone to show some faith, keep him on beyond the summer and put him through a proper pre-season. There's surely still a player in there, but these short term deals, where his contribution is (unsurprisingly) almost zero, are killing his career.

Great post bud, hope you are enjoying Tenerife and I would just love us to be 3-0 up with 5 mins to go in that boozer when you start chanting 'STAND UP AND SING FOR MOTHERWELLLLLLLL' š¤£š¤£

Came into my head as well. Get the feeling he is getting more up to speed and settling in to the team. Only seen him against Kilmarnock and Rangers the other night but even in that small sample I think you can see he adds something different and a physical aspect for opposition defences to think about.

Match Day !!! I've been going to Motherwell games since 1972 or so, season tickets from 1976 to 2005. 'Irregular attender' since I moved away in 2005, but an avid follower of EVERYTHING Motherwell. Obviously, there have been periods of good (sometimes great) and not so good teams, but I can't think of a period in all that time where i've been so f****n' excited for the next game to come. As soon as the final whistle sounds, i'm thinking......how long till the next one ??? Am currently in Tenerife until April and have just discovered there's an Aberdeen boozer just 5 mins walk from my flat. Hopefully it'll be a very unhappy place later ! A bit worried by MJC's prediction though š

Keep on assisting and mixing things up, that will do me just fine.

Miller starting again today v Sassuolo.
- Today
-
Thor to score ?

I think the issue for Campbell has been he's barley played for the last 3 years he went from playing every game for us and Luton to sitting on various benches and his development stalled even when he's getting an oppertunity he's clearly not match fit. I reckon he's the sort of guy that will rock up at Thistle should they get promoted and return to form.
-
There's certainly something wrong with him. A real shame though as he alwyas had a great attitude even when he wasn't playing well.
-
His fitness and energy were one of his main attributes. I can only think that one of his injuries has left him unable to get back to his previous levels. Either that, or he is so disillusioned with fitba his head just isnt in it anymore. Sad.
-
Over at P&B today someone mentioned he's one of Robinson"s trusted Motherwell players (along with Liam Donnelly) that he looks to help change a game - and has offered absolutely nothing so far. A few other quotes: Something has gone badly wrong over the past few seasons.
-
Anyone heard anything recently about Alan Campbell? It seems that he's yet to make an impact in Paisley. Presumably working hard to get fit.

Now now Elsa play nice.......let it goooooo.....let it goooooo š¤£š¤£

Maybe his new manager was trying to take the weight off his shoulders! ššš

"Marriott pounced again just before the break, seizing on an error by Casey to race through and beat Norris with a firm shot." No change there, then.
-
Dan Casey scores again for Wycombe.
-
Utd done us a turn today, hopefully we can extend gap over Falkirk tomorrow
-
I'd have Willie Watson in before those two.
-
ye the 2nd RB is up for debate. Patterson, Mcrorie, Johnston, Ralston, Donovan will all be trying to get that spot, SOD i'd have in ahead of Ralston and Donovan anyway.
-
You only have one right back in there, time for Stephen O'Donnell to force his way back into Clarke's thoughts.
-
Is it a 25, 26 or 30 man squad for the world cup? I'd say 18 are guaranteed to go providing they don't get injured Gunn, Gordon, Hickey, Hanley, Mckenna, Souttar, Tierney, Robertson, Gilmour, Mctominay, Ferguson, Christie, Mclean, Mcginn, Doak, Adams, Dykes, Shankland That leaves us with 7, 8 or 12 slots depending on squad size and providing their aren't injuries. I'd be surprised to see Watt make the squad unless they're are lots of injuries in that area.
-
Turnbull back in the Cardiff starting lineup after an inury a couple of weeks ago - and scores after 11 minutes. Meanwhile, I'm watching the Shrewsbury v Swindon game and see Connor Ripley in goals for Swindon (and Gavin Gunning working as an assistant for Swindon on the touchline).
-
He's been a top perfomer, no doubt. His challenge (other than Clarke sticks with his favourites), is that midfield is probably where we have most strength and depth. McGinn, Gannon Doak, McTominay etc, Not to mention Lennon Miller. Would be great if he made it, though. For him, for the club, and for the transfer fee.
