  1. Past hour
  2. Yup........tried to be funny........and failed 🤣🤣
  3. I see what you did there 🤣
  4. An irishman, called English working in Scotland, its all double Dutch to me 🤣
  5. Helsinki was great performance from said but also great team performance imo
  6. I’ve not seen much of Killie but going by their highlights at Ibrox, Hugil and John Jules will fancy bullying us.
  7. No one in particular pal , just a hunch and could be totally way off mark. I am in the pro AJ camp and still have confidence in him, though yes results are crucial
  8. Tom English talks the biggest amount of shite he should stick to rugby.
  9. They were all pro Jens but I just wonder if AJ not going to be as liked. Tbh pal I think we all overhink when on a bad run. Ohhhhh how i wish for a massive victory on Saturday
  10. What journos and pundits would you associate with setting an agenda? I’ve admittedly only heard from McGarry and Halliday and both were spot on imo. I think the wider media were actually a little lazy with their narrative at the start of the season, getting a little carried away with a fortunate win against Hibs and a Said inspired win against Helsinki.
  11. Has there been a media backlash against us? I dont buy newspapers, so no idea what they are saying. Sportsound was always anti Jens due to him showing their old boys network up. Halliday and Stewart were always pretty positive, Tom English a bit of a weather vane, the rest not so much.
  12. Today
  13. Yeh, thought it might be a bit too early for him, back soon hopefully! Results with and without him this seasons are pretty stark (European games apart). I think JKL looks more suited to a full back role than JGR, but I suppose time will tell!
  14. I don't think priestman is ready yet pal. Swap JKL and JGR round and that team looks fine
  15. For the weekend I’d go with: Paulsen JKL, JGR, Moorman, Longelo Preistman, Fadinger, Lowery Maswanhise, Palmer-Houlden, Said Hodge for Preistman if he’s not fit enough yet.
  16. Just my opinion and certainly wouldn't expect folk to agree but seeing as Jens and our wonderful club were loved by the media, do you think some journos might have an agenda against AJ? we all know recent run not good but funny how john mcglynn not getting hard time despite Falkirk struggling and also buddies were honking at weekend yet no backlash against mcleish. I could be totally wrong and personally AJ needs to address the issues and hopefully get a great victory on Saturday COYW
  17. Agreed. I was surprised to hear AJ raise concerns about the age profile of the squad at the recent Well society Q&A. Given the volume of incomings, I had assumed that the preference of Daws & AJ was to go exclusively for 25 and under.
  18. Yes I do think it’s been a bit one dimensional in that respect at one stage I wondered if we had another Gannon who only signed youngsters
  19. Only got 20 minutes. Game was gone by then, so no real chance to impress.
  20. We signed some decent players over the summer, but maybe a bit unbalanced in some respects e.g. age and lack of leadership. I'm all for signing "projects", but does anyone else think we've overdone that a bit? Typically they might take a year or two to come good. Can AJ get the best out of them?
  21. Came off bench and done ok. I thibk folk forget he's only 20. Needs time but I think could be really good
  22. That aint happening pal and I am sure AJ can get things sorted
  23. I wasn't at game Sunday. How did Kanga play? Lot of hope for him to do well after early promise.
  24. This pretty much sums up much of our discussion and concerns on here over the past few days. A few have said that the type of football we witnessed was not a continuity style and that sums it up for me.
