Sorry. No problem with reminiscing. Must have been in grumpy mood.
-
Thank you for your nice comments - appreciated.

Totally got this wrong. Asked my mum and she told me my grandpa did go to home games particularly in the 50s. (he knew the score).

Conversations meander from time to time, if you're expecting breaking news on a discussion forum...

Most important thing today is we won the game at the end of the day against a very experienced manager, never get too overly bothered about pre season results Remember getting gubbed 4-0 by Queen of the South , then drawing 4-4 with Celtic 1st game of the season Sure we got gubbed by Ayr also with McCall then finished second

I don't have a twitter account. It's possible to look on twitter via nitter.poast without having one Quite aware that Musk is a knob

Very f*cking droll Iβm sure! π΄

Think we should keep to the title if this. Keep it current. Ins and outs. There's an ex players section.
-
Don't forget Willie McVie, Stewart McLaren and Vic Davidson.
-
So ye gonnae gies a smile then? π€£

That made my heart singβ€οΈ.

Are Carlise 3 goals worse performance wise than Clyde? Asking for a friend.....
-
1-0 in the friendly v Carlisle, Halliday penalty.

He was one of may favourite players when I was a kid. I think I was about 9 or 10 when he joined us. Of course, at that age I had no idea of his history. For a brief time we had Wullie P, Bobby G and Peter M together.
-
Less popular that section than it was in the seventies.
-
I was too young to remember Marinello with us unfortunately. I saw him a couple of times when he was at Hearts but he was done by then. A fantastic player for us on his day by all accounts. The Scottish George Best he was called when he went to Arsenal.
-
I'd prefer Marinello-esque, but will take what I can get.
-
Thats a shame. He looked good!
-
Yes.

Ticket bought, I usually avoid away games but will see how this one goes. No seat number, just sit where you want. I will be keeping well away from the flare section

Weβre playing Carlisle behind closed doors.
