See our former youth goalkeeper Ross Stewart kept a clean sheet for Queen of South as they beat Alloa.

Bookies have obviously listened to MJC - 12/1 Well win. I have loved hearing opposition fans booing their teams off at half-time (and even leaving after 60 mins) after being completely outclassed. Don't normally go near Parkhead, but going along tomorrow in the hope that the bookies (and MJC) might just have this one wrong. 🫣

Hopefully have Slattery, Just and Hendry all fit and available!

On the plus side it’s another two weeks for our injured players to recover or get stronger.

Hearts are doing now what Aberdeen did at the start of last season, so I'll not be surprised if they start slipping down the table by the end of the year. It's never a bad thing, however, for the OF to be struggling (by their standards). Celtic have enough experience in their team to grind our results in important games, so I'm under no illusions that this will be anything other than very difficult. If we play our best, however, we have a chance of picking up a point or two (well, maybe not two). I'm looking forward to seeing how we match up in this one, and hoping for our improvement to continue. The biggest frustration is we now head into another international break.

Thanks very much, appreciate that! 🇲🇰

I don't have any photos to add , but would definitely be interested in any purchase -
Not sure whether Hearts winning tonight is a good or bad thing for us. It makes it a must win for Celtic tomorrow. They will be edgy as hell. An early goal for us could send them all into meltdown. That would be nice.

In your browser settings, clear cookies, cache, and history for the MFC site. That usually fixes any corrupted or outdated pages for me.

Scary thought, if we win tomorrow (I know, I know) We go 3rd, 1 point behind Celtic!

No issues accessing it but often needs a refresh to bring up the most recent content.

Is anyone else having trouble accessing the Club's website? I've not been able to access it for a couple of days and not sure if the trouble is at my end or not. Thanks

Hi everyone, Ahead of the 35th anniversary of Motherwell’s famous Scottish Cup victory in 2026, I’m in the final stages of producing a book. The book will focus on some of the club’s best and most enjoyable Scottish Cup away days since the victory in 1991. Even though we’ve not claimed silverware since, I’m sure we’ll all agree there have been some fantastic, rare and memorable victories away from home. I was wondering if anyone had any photos from any of the following fixtures? This could be pictures from the match, or images of memorabilia like match tickets or programmes. If you have anything, would you please consider lending them to me for inclusion in the book, with full credit? You can either post them here or send them to me at ljbirrell@btinternet.com the fixtures are: Airdrie United in 2007 (Richie Foran with the winner) Stranraer 2011 (en route to the 2011 Scottish Cup Final) Dundee 2011 (4-0 to ‘Well, Griffiths sent off) Ayr 2002 (First Scottish Cup match since 1991 victory) Dundee 2020 (Chris Long hat-trick on the Saturday night) Dundee 2018 (2-0, Craig Tanner scored) Partick Thistle 1997 Kilmarnock (2003, James McFadden with the winner) St Mirren (2001, Lee McCulloch and John Spencer scored) Thanks in advance!

If we can maintain possession, or even better, get in the lead as well, their fans may start to get on the players backs making them even more edgy. I’m hoping that Cook and JT will have more space up front to have a real go at their defense and that it will be the day when it all falls into place for AP.

The realism is that we have been in the top flight since 1985 and we sometimes win, sometimes draw, and sometimes lose games. That's not possible if you lose every game, and the data does not realistically support that notion.
-
Nothing wrong with realism, but fans are allowed to get excited and dream. That doesnt influence games. (Although negative energy across a whole fanbase can be self perpetuating). The important thing is that the players dont get carried away, and there is no chance of that under this manager.
-
😀 I’m just talking about this game
-
I'm not convinced predicting a defeat in every game is realistic.
-
I may have predicted a 2-3 score line in our favor but I’m not getting carried away. I did not put any money on it ! Celtic are obviously strong favorites to win and history tells us that a Celtic win is the most likely outcome but despite that I still have an optimistic outlook, in contrast to MJC who has, I’d say, a realistic outlook rather than pessimistic. COYW!!

I'm definitely not getting carried away . For all the great football this season we do have just the 1 league win Much to be pleased about still , unbeaten in 12 games . 14 if you include Wimmer's last 2 games . Our best unbeaten run for 73 years I seen during the week We have a poor record against Celticin the last few years , and despite the fact we could most likely lose we do have a good chance of picking up something I believe Most positive things have been for a number of years , 6k Well fans at the last 3 home games is also good

Loved interview with Brenda after Braga outplayed them. The seethe about that disallowed goal. They are used to getting every decision in Scotland goin there way and cheated us a few times in the past with diving and getting fouls or pens.
