As you bought the tickets via your MFC ticketing account, you should’ve received a confirmation email from MFC. As others note, the tickets should appear on your Hampden app before the game.
-
Thanks mate, what a pullava. I’d have thought they’d show some sort of confirmation to confirm youve bought them? I never even got an email. the app is just empty with nothing under “my tickets” remember the days when you used to keep souvenirs of cup tickets and stuff. I still have my 91 final ticket. Loses the same impact when you have a screenshot.

No they won't be in the app yet, It says tickets will appear in the App a week before the game and the QR code on the ticket will activate on the morning of the game. -
For the folk who have bought tickets. Does it show anything on the app about your purchase? I’ve paid for tickets. It’s showing as coming off my visa. but no confirmation is shown on the app? I know the tickets won’t be there until the week before but I thought I’d get at least a message or email confirmation

Or you scan everyone else on your phone before you, then go in last.
-
Yep, that’s what I’d do if the other people I’ve bought tickets for don’t have a smartphone. It’s very common to do this.

Yeah, I think so. I've stored my son's ticket on my Hampden app, and we've entered through the turnstiles via this method for Scotland games previously. -
Think right at the top it says no Hampden app = No ticket. Not a great use of technology for the end user, the fans.
-
Agree 100%. I guess that the SPFL, or whoever is behind this arrangement, simply doesn't care. A symptom of society in general; you only need to look at automated supermarket checkouts which invariably aren't user friendly.
-
So scan yourself in, pass the phone back to 5 different people and they all scan in separately?
-
You can buy and store multiple tickets in the same smartphone app and scan each person through the gate one after another.

Another thing I was wondering what happens to kids who dont have a smartphone. Can their parents keep two tickets in their smartphone and get them both in via the Hampden app -
Infact I can’t, I’ll need to buy him a smartphone and set him up with a contract and an email address. FFS
-
He’s been to every Hampden occasion since 1950 but as he’s not got a fkn smartphone he’s banned. I think if I can get tickets for the family we can all meet up and go in at the one time but I’m not a season ticket holder. really poor stuff

There isnt and thats the biggest scandal. Not only do some old buddies need all the confusing faffing about they need to buy a fuckin smartphone. -
I’m reading through all this just now and he’s fkd. He’s been a season ticket holder for 50yrs. he goes separately to me as well so I’m at a loss how this will all go? I don’t think there’s a facility to print off a ticket either to give him?

It is absolutely shocking cos he will need a smartphone with him and the app to get in. So if an old buddy doesn't have a smartphone they cant go, piss poor. You seriously wouldn't know football was a business dependant on customers. -
Yeah he’s just been punted from the ticket office this morning and told to find someone with a smartphone. i will try and get them but i think that’s fkn disgraceful to be honest.
-
From. What I've read no you cant its all digital, no physical tickets will be issued. Its a nonsense to be honest, all I can suggest is get a friend or family member to get a ticket for you.

Just purchased my tickets, it was all straightforward and you can pick your own seats if you don't like where the auto selection places you in your chosen section . Still a ridiculous way to attract fans to football. -
How does this work for pensioners who don’t have computers or smart phone and have no idea what an app is? Can they go to the club shop and get tickets?
-
I was hoping for the same, but as you say not on sale. I decided on south stand section J 1 and got 2 £40 tickets in there, an extra £4 but should be a good view.
-
Celtic only won because a ridiculous mistake gifted them the equaliser and lifted their tails. Our weak bench didn’t help either, but we still should have seen out at least a draw, especially as they were generally poor compared to previous seasons.

I've just logged on. They are selling tickets for North Stand D4 & D5 East Stand F1 & F2 South Stand J1, I4 & I5 You can select your own seats. I was thinking about buying tickets for the North Stand near the halfway line, but they aren't selling for those sections 😢 -
Entitled wankers.
