  1. Past hour
  2. And your point is, how many of that list have been a premiership side for 40 odd years, finished runners up, played in the champions, Europa and conference leagues, etc etc. Stats can tell you what you like, and be tailored to suit any agenda, and as such are best avoided.
  3. Full strength tonight. Ok faddinger out but for me id say priestman pretty much is as good as a starting 11. Get intae them motherwell!!
  4. Cant argue with that. Solid facts and something we should be better at. Now do top 2 & top3 finishes.....
  5. You can't win the Scottish Championship/ First Division if you don't get relegated.
  6. Not the Hollywood ending he was hoping for (5 - 3 defeat). Turnbull's Cardiff City also on the wrong end of a 5 -2 .
  7. The line up i would have went for. Come on Well, let's do this
  8. Today
  9. Pretty much as you’d expect tonight with the strongest team starting.
  10. You should have sent that to Jens on Wednesday morning
  11. OK I know we should all move on but I wanted to know so I couldn't help it. Excluding the Old Firm, since 1990/91, trophies lifted by Scottish Premiership sides Hearts - 3 x Scottish Cup, 2 x Scottish Championship Motherwell - 0 HIbs - 2 x Scottish League Cup, 1 x Scottish Cup, 1 x Scottish Championship, 1 x Scottish First Division Falkirk - 1 x Scottish Championship, 2 x Scottish First Division Dundee United - 2 x Scottish Cup, 2 x Scottish First Division Aberdeen - 2 x League Cup, 1 x Scottish Cup Dundee - 2 x Scottish Championship, 2 x Scottish First Division St Mirren - 2 x Scottish League Cup, 1 x Scottish Championship, 2 x Scottish First Division Kilmarnock - 1 x League Cup, 1 x Scottish Cup, 1 x Scottish Championship Livingston - 1 x League Cup, 1 x Scottish First Division ALSO Raith Rovers - 1 x League Cup, 2 x Scottish First Division Ross County - 1 x League Cup, 1 x Scottish Championship, 1 x Scottish First Division St Johnstone - 1 x League Cup, 2 x Scottish Cup, 2 x Scottish First Division Inverness - 1 x Scottish Cup, 1 x Scottish First Division Partick Thistle - 2 x Scottish First Division Dunfermline - 2 x Scottish First Division Hamilton - 1 x Scottish First Division Gretna - 1 x Scottish First Diviision Have a nice day! 🤣
  12. Some big results there today. Really surprised that hearts got a win, they are huffing and puffing and getting results…. Can’t stand them but fair play. results also didn’t go in St Mirrens favour so hopefully we can make it more miserable for them tonight. Robinson isn’t good under pressure either, hopefully the wee angry leprechaun will combust at the side of the park tonight.
  13. Hearts win gives us chance to open up 11pt gap on Falkirk with game in hand. Also 8pts clear of Hibs who are at parkhead tomorrow. Huge incentive, COYW
  14. Barring something bizarre like going into Admin, it is impossible for us to be relegated
  15. Agree, while not mathematically confirmed yet, realistically we are a top 6 finish this season. 4th spot is ours to lose so we should be aiming for top 3 finish. Which is not Pie in the sky because we have shown ourselves to be the best footballing team in the league this season.
  16. Kipre.......kipre!!! Puts Ipswich 3-2 up away to wrexham. It likes a Hollywood script............wait a minute 🤪
  17. Aberdeen have now conceded in 13 straight league matches, 26 goals in total and I'm sure you can work out the average. [EDIT} Make that 27.
  18. Cant see Utd or Aberdeen winning all their remaining games upto split. Hearts doing Hearts things. Falkirk better team but Hearts find a goal from nowhere. Hearts and Celtic are poor teams who keep getting the results. Luck? or what? Football is weird.
  19. Right , so it's the season after this one, we lose a place?
  20. Totally agree, I just would like to get into Europe for the money and potential trip, but you're right , it's just a carve up for real, man city etc...thank God for teams like bodo glimt
  21. If results stay the way they are this afternoon then a win tonight all but secures our top 6 place and no relegation. As Aberdeen can only get a maximum of 49 points, Dundee untd could get 50, but we are currently 31 goals better off so they are not catching us.
  22. Cheers pal, that was what I reckoned also.
  23. Getting beat 2-1 at HT now too. Not that I take any pleasure from that as it’s just another reminder that they are fucking rotten and we blew it in true Motherwell Cup tie fashion the other night.
  24. Thats how i read it, it either of the ugly sisters win the cup, 3rd will get EL Q3, and 4th and 5th will get Conf L Q2.
  25. Aberdeen down to 10 men for DOGSO. Dundee score the penalty. Ha and feckin ha.
  26. So 5 teams qualify this year? If scottish cup winners are old firm then 5th place gets into europe?
