I think Mcglynn has been excellent, and I'm guessing his age and scottishness is what's keeping him under the radar. You can also argue that he has had the benefit of building his team up through the lower leagues, but that's an achievement in itself.

To be fair they’ve did really well but I see a Derek McIness team playing in the same way he had his Aberdeen and Kilmarnock sides playing albeit with some better players. He’s not a dinosaur either, he has his team of average players playing quite exciting attacking football. I’ve been really impressed with them this year.

Every time I watch Just, I think the same. You'd think that shooting is something that could be coached into someone, but he wouldn't be with us long if he added 12 goals a season to his game.
