Well played Stephen O’Donnell. Another fine game for Scotland. Read some amount of shite spouting forth on face book, pre match. Half the fkn idiots not even aware that Patterson was suspended. Maybe they need to sort themselves out before talking crap about others.

Happy for O'Donnell, he was solid last night. Patterson is the future, no doubt about it, but a lot of his play is still dodgy, he gets clamped on the half way line far too much for my liking and It puts a lot of strain on the centre backs. Going forward, his delivery is obviously great. The witch hunt O'Donnell has been subjected to over the last few months, at both club and country level, has been embarrassing. Even the amount of time the pundits spent on it before the England game was a joke, he took even more flak than Marshall in that opening game. It's no wonder his confidence might've taken a dive.

Well done Scotland. Great performance. O'Donnell played really well. Considering we have 4 solid centre back options we should really be going for back 3, SODS/Carroll as wingbacks and Watt/VV up front. No brainer.

His club form has been diabolical, anyone who denies that is just plain deluded. If he was able to bring his international form into club form then happy days, but the truth is he's been rotten for us for a good few weeks now. Let's hope he can replicate his Scotland form on Saturday.
