The issue was always with this mythical £3m figure. We were not ballsy enough, I've heard it might have been a release clause, but still compared with other talent out there it's relatively cheap. Remember the transfer window doesn't shut at midnight ffs.

I think it was naive of Burrows to go on record as saying it was take a club record fee secure Turnbull. Absolutely fantastic post. Taking off the heart of your defense when Grimmy was toiling and then also Tate, a good passer of a long ball. Ending up with 5 forwards was schoolkid stuff, Robbo should be ashamed of himself. Big decisions have to be made and I feel there is a clear lack of leadership at the core of the club.
