I don't the mind the group format at all Would rather play 4 guaranteed cup games at the start of the season than say 1 or 2 and the rest meaningless friendlies. Would be in favour of scrapping the North/South sections but and just make it that anyone can draw anyone

Would have been such am amazing end of the season for him getting in the squad.I don't get it any other nation be having there young talent right in the squad. Even the say to the up and coming young ones like Turnbull and co to come along train with the main squad get a feel for things it's so backward here never ever changes.

To get back to the David Turnbull situation, I cannot help but ask myself the simple question” would he have been selected for this squad if he were playing for Kilmarnock?”.

If we dont sign our non league winger today I will start to think it’s fell through. Robbo said 2 weeks ago would be confirmed last Friday and Flow said a week ago would be very soon as due back from holiday yet still no announcement . Imo a week is not very soon ,but as no idea who it was meant to be can’t say I’m disappointed ,and sure if not happening we will just move on to someone else. Could be wrong as might just be taking longer than expected but time will tell .

I’m no sure I’ll ever enjoy a goal more than Lionel’s. Pearsons piercing run and the off the ball movement was a thing of beauty. I can still hear the noise of the ball hitting the net. Never have I felt so feart going to a game but it proved to be one of the best nights ever.

A lone striker who doesn't score goals is always going to be in bother when it comes to the boo boys...I for one, felt that he played that role well, brought others into play, made space for those around him and often occupied central defensive pairings much bigger than him, on his own.
