Celtic are the richest club by far and in Scottish football like the rest of society the richest get preferential treatment.

Halls of Fame need a supply of legends to be voted in each year. Bobby Graham was one of my favourite players too, but it's a little unfair to say Wullie P would be nothing without him. He was the highest scorer in the SPL twice. Once when Graham was at the club and once after Graham left.
