Ceetainly 2.5m is a more reaistic figure if you base it on inflation rates since 2011. Im led to believe that the WS currently raise approx 200k per year?? so in theory it would take 5 years to reach the updated figure of 2.5m so in 5 years would it then need to be 3.5/4m to keep pace with inflation?. The 1.5m reserve will therefore always be a moving figure. Im supportive of the plan in principle as its a nice straightforward way of building up the reserve whilst releasing monies for 1 off projects which might not otherwise get funded through general expenditure. The most obvious example of this for me personally would to see lifts in the Cooper and McLean stands and some form of elevated viewing position for our disabled fans which the DSA have been lobbying for the last 10 years.

Being no fan of having to watch us play the same teams 4 times a season my initial reaction is yes in theory a bigger league would hopefully lead to more variety and opportunities to visit grounds I haven't been to in years. However the reality is I would have to accept that with the money being more widely distributed the quality of player we would be able to afford to sign would surely diminish and we would become just another Ayr Utd Raith Rovers etc etc and create an even bigger gap to the OF. Question is whether that's a price worth paying for the good of Scottish football as a whole. I rather like where we are just now and I'm not sure I would support any major changes that would lessen our position as I'm a selfish b*****d.

11 games in 6 weeks. New players finding their feet. Hardly any recovery time between games. Little chance to rotate the team with the exception of 1st half against Stenny. Not as much time on the training field to iron out issues as we would have liked. Key players injured or just coming back from Injury A grueling schedule for any team carrying a larger squad than us. Maybe we were just a bit leg weary and mentally tired on Saturday and nothing more than that.

Even more embarrassing for the Dundee Utd team clapping the 12 or so fans that were still left in the stand hurling abuse at them😁
-
No but we'll probably get a bill for it I would imagine which we can obviously refuse to pay as there's no proof who done it unless it was captured on CCTV even then the club can't be held responsible Point is it doesn't do our reputation any good.

I think the club have been more than patient with them (whoever they are and whatever group they congregate with before any apologist jumps in). I know the club like to promote this cuddly wee community club line where everyone is welcome and we're all Jock Tamsons bairns but they need to recognise that we have an element in our support that would appear to thumb their noses at that and they need dealt with pronto otherwise our reputation will slowly go down the drain. My particular gripe is the mess they leave with their penchant for plastering every available surface in away grounds with stickers and graffiti for which we've had to fork out a pretty penny to other clubs to remove. Grow up boys and support your team the proper way and don't spoil it for the majority. Your actions tonight is 2 fingers up to the club and your fellow fans.

You better believe it. F****ing morons every last one of them who let them off.

It's games like this that show the mettle of the young lads and fringe players trying to break through. Unfortunately few of them did themelves any favours and one or two looked like rabbits caught in a cars headlights. A horrible pitch probably didn't help and we did not look comfortable on it at any point in the game, even Said was struggling to control the ball. Only good point is we didn't pick up any more injuries (as far as we know at least) Forgotten about already and we move on.

Pitch causing us more problems than HB

Did anyone think the referee had a good game. Lots next to me commented that it was refreshing to see one trying to keep the game flowing and not blow for every tackle and flash yellows like they're going out of fashion like we've been used to from Collums robots. Cant remeber much about him or any major controversial decision tbh. Maybe he could have shown Havnar a couple of yellows for late tackles but other than that pretty unnoticeable in my eyes which is a nice change.

If there was ever a player who survived purely on his past reputation then he's it. Been dugmeat for years.

Apparently the ones on sale to the punters will only have the LiME logo on it. Pictures I've seen look ok

Exactly I think sometimes people forget we're a football club and a commercial enterprise not a department of North Lanarkshire Social Work. It's all very well harping on about "ethos" and "values" but in the meantime we've got bills to pay.

If we're getting money they can put whatever the **** they like on it as far as Im concerned Ill still buy it. £65 compared to £110 for a Rangers top I'll take that any day.

Wonder if he'll need a medical for that. Hmm🤔
-
Thats what made me think 🤔
-
I wonder if through time we'll find out if him and Jens know each other and he's recommended him to the board.
-
And Ill eat your right one.

Kinda thought he was away when he came into the disabled shelter for the first time at the Hearts game and shook everyones hand. If he's going I hope it's Toulouse and Septic don't come in and try to scupper things.
-
South of France or East End of Glasgow? Mmmmm let me think about that one🤔
-
If Jens is having any thoughts about hanging around Scottish football for another season tonight just may have been the straw that breaks the camels back. Must be sickening for him to put in all the work during the week to see it mean nothing because of shite referees video assistants and a poundshop VAR system.

If one thing came out of tonight for me it's finally made my mind up that Ill never be back to a Celtic game. Their fans really are absolute animals. I've just left my son who is a wheelchair user and sits with me in the disabled shelter still traumatisd because the scumbags who invaded the park from the main stand nearly came through the roof of the shelter. 2 got onto the park and were huckled by the stewards but were throwing punches as they were led out to the gate. One guy fell off the roof onto his back and looked to have seriously injured himself. I'll visit the zoo now when we're at home to Celtic as the animals there are better behaved. Worst penalty decision I've ever seen. Always laughed at Rangers fans when they said the League is corrupt but I'm now beginning to think they're onto something.

Don't panic guys. Spoke with Dougie who confirmed it was a hoax call by someone he knows who is a bit of a practical joker and SSB fell for it hook line and sinker as has the Daily Record. Wouldn't like to be in his shoes when Dougie gets a. hold of him.
