Quite similar to last years Boxing Day disaster against St Johnstone, totally gutless performance where we never looked like taking anything from the match.
I hope to fuck that Craigan isn't playing on Wednesday night, absolute pish yet again from him. If Celtic turn up they could score 9 against our shitey defence. Saunders is woeful, no wonder he gets in the Scotland squad and Reynolds is getting worse every week.
It was unbelievable the amount of times Weiss was able to take the pish out of us. Same as we always did way that wee c**t McGeady, show the players with a bit of skill far too much respect. Give them a good kick early on and show them who's boss.

Not expecting to take anything from the game today. We'll miss Jennings in midfield and our 2 centre backs have been murder recently so i'd expect them to gift the h**s a goal or 2.

I put a fiver on Sbragia at 20/1 last night, with McBookie, then his odds went down to 6/1 not long after. Don't have any inside info, the odds looked good and based on what's been said on here and Fir Park Corner it could be a good shout.

I don't think Boyle would be stupid enough to bring him back. Most of the fans don't like him and i would consider not going back to Fir Park if that fanny was allowed to manage the club again. He fucked up big time at Aberdeen and he was found out in his second season at Fir Park that he's a shite manager.

Men against boys tonight. Nobody wanted to take the initiative for us and take the game by the scruff of the neck. Craigan has got to come under the same bracket as Kenneth and Diamond, as one of the worst centre backs in the SPL, the last 6 games for us he's been atrocious with his counterpart not being much better. What the fuck was Reynolds doing at the goal when Randolph clearly had it
Templeton was allowed to run 50 yards so many times tonight without anybody going near him, fucking hit him at the half way line instead of waiting till he's in the box.
Played some decent stuff tonight at times but a bit too fancy at times, nobody was on the same wavelength as Gow who made some decent through balls that players were too slow to react to.
Hope to fuck we can win on Saturday now.

Do you think Brown and Know will have the cheek to show face tonight at Fir Park to watch their weekend opponents?
Quite confident about tonight we've got a strong recent record against them and our pace going forward should cause them plenty of problems defensively. Templeton and Skacel should be the only 2 of their players we should be worried about so would play Hateley at right back as Templeton has had the better of Saunders on previous occasions at Tynecatle. 3-1 to the Well, Murphy, Blackman and Jennings with the goals.

I would consider not going back to Fir Park if he was to come back. Horrendous record at the sheep and his last season here was torture. But if Boyle still thinks the sun shines out his arse he could well come back.

Agreed. If there's 2 players that i wouldn't like to see in an Aberdeen jersey it's Blackman and Jennings. They won't be able to afford Humphrey, Murphy and Randolph but can take any of the rest, Gow is more than welcome to go.

To be honest, I'm not sure Boyle was ever entirely convinced by Brown and I wouldn't be surprised if he has a very firm idea of who he wants.
Talk of John Collins is just nonsense. He couldn't stomach running his boyhood heros as he can't be fucked with the SPL. Would love to see him involved in Scotland but he is not going to come to Motherwell FFS.
Adams said when he went to Hibs he had turned down a couple of SPL clubs cause they couldn't match his ambitions. So i doubt he'd come here.

hearts 1 - motherwell 2. a poor first half performance sees us a goal down at half time. snow starts piling down at half time and seems to inspire the well who are first to every ball after the restart with hughes and mccormack running riot. one of my favourite away days. we went out for a few beers and a chinese in edinburgh after then went home to see ricky hatton getting sparked by mayweather.
One of they games you wished you had never went to when we got to half time but in the second half we were incredible probably be in one of my Top 5 games that i've been to.

Looking at the weather forecast it is to be above freezing on Thursday, Friday and Saturday so if the SFA have got any sense they will at least wait till Friday if they are going to make a decision whether it is on or not.

That's because they've got the 3G surface and they still had a shit load of work to do to get the game to go ahead.
I agree that they made the decision far too early to postpone all the SPL games and the game probably should of gone ahead.

We were lucky to get a point yesterday after another poor performance. Second best throughout the match not winning enough 50/50 balls and failing to close down St Mirren quick enough on a few occasions.
Gow clearly has got the ability as he showed in the last 20 minutes but he was woeful for the other 70 minutes. Hope we don't keep him if he continues to put in below par performances and lack of effort.
Forbes did do well when he came swinging the game in our favour and supplying the assist for Blackmans equaliser.
Anybody know if Blackmans run of scoring in 7 consecutive away league games is a club record?

Disappointing game and result this afternoon. Got off to a flyer with the harsh penalty then hand Hibs the victory with shambolical defending. Time for Craigan to sit a few games out, partly to blame at the first goal and the less said about the second the better.
Thought we were going to get a goal before half time but that was not to be and in the second half we never looked like scoring. Can't really blame McDonald for losing but he was woeful, they could of had 3 red cards on another day. What was Brown playing not using the subs earlier? Gow was rank the whole game and should of been hooked at half time.

There was a bit in the Daily Record today from a member of the Motherwell Supporters Trust saying that if Colin Calderwood doesn't apologise in the next couple of days over his Phil O' Donnell comments then he'll get dogs abuse on Saturday.
I wonder if he'll react to it or not.
As for the game i am still more than confident after last night results and predict another away win. If Lasley is fit i would bring him back in for Fitzy and would consider Gow in for Sutton as he should feel he has a point to prove against his former club. 2-0 Blackman and Murphy. Mon the Well!

I thought he did well. His passing was poor though. Made a couple of important challenges and didn't shite it out any 50/50s. Would much rather him than Forbes starting.

Just heading into Glasgow in half an hour for it. Not looking forward to the game at all if Craigan plays i reckon we'll lose at least 5 goals, he's been abysmal the last 4 games and it's time he was dropped with Saunders or Hutchison filling in at centre back.
Hopefully Young will approach the game with a bit of caution and play with only 2 attacking players, as the likes of Murphy and Humphrey are not doing enough tracking back at the moment which is putting more unneccesary pressure on the defence.
