An important 3pts - back to not being the better team but winning I’ll take it at the moment.

One thing to consider with all the names mentioned that it should be a management team. It didn’t look like Lucketti helped Alexander’s cause in the slightest during games when changes were obviously required.
Also, stating the obvious but past performance and stats never tell the full story.
I’m sure if we were offered a manager whose last gig was to come in when x club was flirting with relegation zone, got them out of that mire then took them to a high, European qualifying , placed finish in the league the next, we would be very interested in said manager. -
On first glance it looks great but there are some aspects where the lack of attention to detail just irritates me.
Why isn’t the side amber panel on the shirt the same width as shorts?Why the need for two macron logos on the shorts?
And the collar amber strips. Either do it with multiple stripes like the ‘82 or a wider band. As it is it looks like the collar design print from a completely different kit body.
Will have to wait to see how the ‘fade’ between front panels looks irl but unnecessary fussiness for me.

Junior still free but only 11 and under.
East is only £70 for 12-17 so looks maybe just dissuading younger fans from PO’d.
So club will get less from the both of us put together and I can spend the difference on ear plugs!

Went to renew my ST for me and son to find as a 15yo he’s now being asked for £420!(2019 £0) No way he’s interested in attending every game and so pick and choose it is; probably for both of us. I appreciate the club needs income but this level of pricing isn’t going to encourage new (or existing) supporters.

Don’t agree. McNulty had a purple patch 4 years ago and a brief flourish with Hibs and hasn’t exactly played / scored much since.
Wasn’t impressed with him at DU and claimed he was being played out of position (not just straight down the middle). Hardly inspiring given our penchant for how front three are expected to play and contribute.

Do squad numbers give any indication of expected starting places anymore?

Obviously Carson got us through with the save in normal time as well as penalties but why was he time wasting earlier in second half. We should have been playing a pressing game as we did with success in the first. Surely that and the stupid high balls to no one can’t have been the players tactics?

Stream improves if restricting all options. Shouldn’t have to do this with modern devices and high speed internet.

This is utterly pathetic. BBC commentators are obviously getting a stream. We have stuttering low quality picture with sound well behind.

Definitely looks like Rangers are ahead in match preparation but also have a number of players that could easily be playing at mid to lower English Championship level so they should be beating us.

A big part of our success last season was the way the midfield would often interchange position. I think O’hara fits this approach perfectly, capable of defensive cover and contributing to attack.
Having similar players with some different qualities/strengths gives us flexibility and cover for suspension, injury, loss of form, and in-game adjustments.-

Could have gone for any of the defence but O’Donnell also gave a lot going forward.
really nice to have choices beyond the goalie.
