  1. Looks too similar to the Xara Zoom effort to me. Not a fan I'm afraid.
  2. The first half was a tale of two shots. One went in one didn't. It was a none event and I thought both sets of attacking players simply cancelled one another out. I don't think it was lack of effort on our part but you have to remember this was the first Cup final for most of our players too. Celtic may well be shite in comparison to years gone by but they are a good team and there is no doubt they were the better team on the day. Maybe that's why the players didn't look as gutted at the end of the game, they could have no complaints.
  3. I don't think this is the Clubs fault at all. It's the Polis who didn't let the official buses into the Hampden car park when they clearly should have. That's where we were supposed to have been dropped off and picked up. If they'd let us go where we were supposed to then there would have been no confusion about pick up points and we wouldn't be having this conversation. After not being directed to where they should have I'm sure the drivers and stewards told folk where they thought they were going to be picked up in good faith. As for buses leaving early well that's just not on. It clearly said buses wouldn't leave until 6pm and that should have been the case, even if the bus appeared full. If you're not there for 6pm then its on yer own back. How hard is that?
  4. Have to say the display was outstanding. Big pat on the back to everyone involved.
  5. If we score first then we can win, if they score first then I fear another pumpin.
  6. Why don't you just buy the single ticket for peace of mind? If you get tickets in the ballot and there is no general sale you will shift it on no bother. That's what I would do anyway.
  7. I can always mind dogging school in the afternoon so I could get home to watch the dortmund game on RTL! How we never at least scored in that game is beyond me.
  8. Had a message on my answering machine when I got in and I've been successful after all. Have until tomorrow to confirm I still want them!
  9. Christ I'd forgotten about that, was an absolute howler of a game.
  10. Oh that sounds interesting! Can't wait to see the design. I like the look of the 125 years shirt but like a few others would have preferred something a but different from the norm.
  11. Just got an e-mail from the Club advising cup final tickets can be bought with new season tickets up till half four tomorrow, which suggests I've not been successful in the ballot.
  12. Right now we're 3 down can we start playing please?
  13. From what I can mind you could spread the payment equally over three months. I'm not sure if you will be able to do this just now as it's usually done through a finance company and I haven't read anything about this years arrangements yet.
  14. If there's no ballot there are gonna be some seriously pissed of people! Q a riot!
  15. Same old story against Rangers. We're always in it for a good period of the game. We give Rangers a goal and then our arses collapse. They hardly got out of 2nd gear if truth be told. Not very good for the confidence and a hammering at Parkhead on the last day of the season could very well be on the cards.
  16. I don't see why not. There will be a fair few ST holders that want more than 4 tickets I'd imagine. I'm in a similar situation to you. Have 2 season tickets and need 12 tickets, so I've got everyone to put in for the ballot.
  17. The online ballot form asks for your name, address, phone number and if you have been a season ticket holder before. Call me cynical but I reckon if they have any record of you having bought a ticket from Fir Park before you've got a good chance of being successful in the ballot
  18. I think the proposed method is very reasonable. As I said at the start of the thread I think most non st holders will be able to get one through a st holding friend.
  19. I fear it may be too late, but lets not turn this thread into the "real" fan or "who is most deserving of a ticket" debate. £35 is what I would expect to pay for a national cup final to be honest. It's supposed to be our showpiece event after all. Feck if we win it will be the best 35 quid you've ever spent, and you'll probably spend 3 times that in the pub after it!
  20. Wullie Collum is havin a stinker by the sounds of it
  21. That's a good idea about doin something on the Fri night cos I'll prob be nervous/hyper as feck! I'll probably just end up gettin steamin!
  22. You would hope so. I think season ticket holders will be able to buy up to 4 tickets each and then the rest will go on public sale. You'd assume most non season ticket holders who attend games would be able to get one via that route and if that fails still have the chance of getting one via the public sale.
