O'Donnell signs till end of the season

So that's what a second half performance looks like.
Great win. Well Done
-
Aye, Tony Watt has been immense. Ran his legs off.
-
Holy Jesus!

I think Long is that bad, he actually tackled himself.

We deserve everything we are getting. Utter pish

He is no longer the manager, and nothing to do with the club, who cares whether he was asked to resign or it was his own choice,. As for his legacy we are where we are, endless debate about poor signings, and tactics in previous games etc are irrelevant. It's now up to GA to sort out the mess we are in results wise and I am sure he will have the boards full backing financially if he feels new players are required.
So if the mods have removed the thread then so be it, we don't have threads about why McCall or McGhee, Gannon, Brown , etc left or were sacked clogging up the servers just in case somebody wants to add a comment years later, so why should Robinson be different.
If you don't think the topic is worthy of discussion then you have the choice not to post in the thread. Others clearly do and for obvious reasons I think Robinson's tenure is still very relevant..
Your comparison to threads about managers who've not been at the club for years is hardly fair.
My point is mods shouldn't be touching threads unless they have broken forum rules. Let the members decide what's worthy of discussion. and if they are not threads will naturally fall down the board and disappear.
The forum us hardly bustling with traffic. Culling popular topics because you might not agree with them seems like a strange decision.

I sincerely hope the Robinson thread was removed by mistake.
The forum members should decide when a thread has run its course and will do so by not posting in it.
Its title should never have been changed and the thread split in the first place.

Just watched highlights, what on earth is Carroll playing at for 2nd goal?, that's the gers equaliser last week and partly blame for 2nd goal today. I know I am in the minority but I dont get the fuss about him but also admittedly the alternatives are scary....COYW
Behave yourself.
The ball takes a ridiculous deflection that leaves everyone in the ground flat footed bar Consadine who was already on the move. Blaming Carroll for that is mental.
He's also the best option we have at left back by an absolute mile and if he hadn't been injured for so long there's a good change we wouldn't be in the position we find ourselves in now.

Seems Alexander thinks Watt's fitness isn't good enough to last beyond the hour mark.

I think it's because Polworth swung his right elbow into Ferguson's torso while shielding the ball. Not convinced it's a straight red for abusive language.
Fuck knows why he was playing for the foul on the first place. He had plenty of space ahead of him.
I thought that too, but the consensus seems to be he was fouled and the ref played on.

When your lucks not in....

Blatant pen there.
-
Watt was knackered.

I would rather see us roll the dice and change it than let it continue as it is.
Our energy levels are evaporating and our luck wont last.

This is where we need Gallagher to push us 10 yards up the park. Sat far too deep.

I generally feel that the team that plays the best deserves to win the game. You dont always get what you deserve but thats fitba'.
St Mirren had a gilt edged chance in the first half and another in the second as well as the free kick.
We had the goal, Watts header and O'Hara's free kick. So if you want to ignore the balance of play and go on chances alone a draw probably was still the correct result.
Not sure why that part of my post seems to have irked you. I talk enough shite to find fault with without focussing on a minor matter of opinion.
Cole had probably the 2nd best chance of the game behind Watt's header when he pulled his shot. We should have been well out of sight in the first half

The big mistake people are making is they are applying logic. This is Scottish football we are talking about here. Wouldn't be surprised if they docked us more points.

Looked to me like Mugabi ever so slightly came through Erwin to get the ball. No way it's enough contact to make him go down but it's enough to give Madden a decision to make.

Oh, there you are Motherwell.

What a miss.

Great appointment. Well done all involved.
