I noticed that they shut the Cooper Bar for a while as it reached capacity and the Centenary Bar was also mobbed. After effects of Club 100 closing so was nice to see the club benefitting and making some cash from hospitality.

I was there and that was no accidental clash of heads. St Mirren player went in to wipe out everyone in front of him.

Just back and I have never seen a bigger bunch of thugs than that St Mirren team. We were woeful and I just can't believe we had two weeks training and we still cannot pass a ball correctly short, medium, long we just cannot seem to find one of our own players. So many good attacking phases broke down because of our inability to find a player.

I thought Caldwell came across very well in that interview. I think he conveys the shock of the resignation very well and he looks uncomfortable discussing the events running up to and including the resignation. I still stick to my views that SK time had come as Motherwell manager. However I want to say that I wish him the very best for his future and hope that he can move on and find something new quickly as I suspect he is the type who doesn't do well sitting about the house. Thanks for taking over from the chaos that was Hammell tenure and steadying the ship. I like and trust Caldwell in his role and I think his interviews are always down to earth and honest.
