His passing and shooting is generally dreadful. He gave Miller a hospital pass in the first half when there was zero pressure on him which sums up a lot of his play.

    He's a relegation battle player.

what complete and utter rubbish. You must be on the sauce because that is so far from reality, keep taking the shrooms.

  2. How we finished the game is the line up that should have started.

It shows you how poor our defence is without Casey and Butcher. Mugabi is a bomb scare.

I would say Obiki is a much much better player than Mandron but would give neither a contract for next season.

I honestly do not see what SK sees in Mandron?.

Spittal should be offered an extension, everything good came through him today and has been outstanding for SK.

I fucking hate Celtic and everything about them.

A horrible organisation followed by odious, sanctimonious hypocritical arseholes.

A scourge on both Scottish football and Scottish society with the way they are able to bully, control and manipulate everyone else to ‘toe their line’. They are more of a cult than a football club.

It won’t happen but I would fucking love us to go there and get some sort of result on Saturday.

Don't sit on the fence, tell us how you really feel?.

  4. I can't believe we have sat in and defended virtually the whole game. Inviting Dundee Utd onto you is ridiculous. Van Veen was doing his nut screaming at the midfield to push up but they kept looking across to SK who was indicating for them to sit deep...why?

We only started to play any decent attacking football when we were 2-1 down.

I truly do not understand why we went from playing attacking football every game since SK came in to deciding to sit in and defend the biggest majority of the game?. It does not suit our players or setup and Furlong and Johnston were caught out numerous times down the flanks.

We look far more composed and in control when we attack, beyond comprehension.

  5. Blaney was injured and only just coming back. He was playing before his injury. I would definitely not say he had been patched in any way. Danzaki was also injured and only just started back.

Crankshaw was let go for reasons that had bugger all to do with his ability on the park. Obika will be back shortly as well and is keen to hang around into next season.

  6. Casey was absolute rock in that defence. Well impressed with that performance. Battled with Main  all first half then moved onto Watt who then got subbed as Casey had him in his back pocket. Young max scored a sublime goal and I saw Goss boss a midfield. Won tackles and never shirked a 50/50 ball. Just a shame they couldnt do it for Hammell

  7. One things for certain there is going to be a huge clear out at the end of the season. All those on loan will probably be binned along with those end of contract. New manager will want to distance himself from players rumoured to have downed tools for another manager who was subsequently sacked. I know I would.

The ability to organise the team, motivate them and manage any dressing room splits will be the same whether embroiled in a relegation battle or fighting to win the league.

I found it interesting in the summer when names like Lennon, Lambert, Mackay were being written off by some as not good enough. It is proof positive that no matter who our board appoint, it will not be met with universal enthusiasm.

I know that Neil Lennon is a particularly polarising character but a man who has significant Champions League experience as well as a few league titles under his belt, certainly has the experience and skill set to manage Motherwell.

No appointment is going to ensure our league survival but NL would give us a better chance than most. Tax issues aside however, I don't think Motherwell could offer a manager of that experience enough to make it enticing.

The stars may aline with Lambert given that he has a history with the club and is looking to build his reputation again. A man with 14-15 years experience in the top flight in England is a man we should be delighted to welcome to Motherwell.

I scratch my head sometimes when these names are written off as not suitable.

Neil Lennon cannot work in the UK before April or will require to pay HMRC a hefty wedge. He will not be coming here

Great starting line, 'For what ive been told' from who????, Well here's from what I've been watching all season. KVV is miles ahead of anyone on the park with movement and ability, but he has little pace and needs a partner, which he has not had, but according to our bold manager, Mandron and him up top where his new way of playing. Bringing on Obika and isolating him just showed where the problem is, no support to the front, no person running past them. On Sod,s, why bring him in from the cold and throw him in at left back, when Mcginn has been playing there, totally threw him to the wolves. As I said on another thread, we were looking for a couple of big buggers to add some bite to the team, what did we get a couple of sand dancers. Blaney now injured, must be a defender lined up, but he will probably be a 7st weakling, sorry don't blame the players, the set up and formation is dire.

LOL name one person on any discussion board who has ever named their source?. Couldn't care less if you believe me or not but I know that his performance and lack of movement has been questioned. The club are certainly not going to openly declare it for your benefit.

I never questioned his ability but his movement and commitment are certainly in question by anyone who has watched him this season. Yes he has been isolated but there has been absolutely plenty of evidence of his laziness in a hell of a lot of games.

Who are the sand dancers? if your talking about the new guys then you made that judgement after what 1-2 games...ridiculous comment if it was about them.

Boo fucking hoo about O'Donnell he is a professional footballer and Scotland international defender. If he cant keep himself fit enough to play in his position and defend first and foremost then he deserves to be thrown to the wolves and out the fucking door. He was dropped for a reason and it wasn't fitness. His performance last night was abject. If any one of us showed the same performance in their own job as O'Donnell did last night then their supervisors would be having a word sharpish.

When have we signed a 7 stone weakling at the back? you said we probably will where is your evidence we have ever done that? talking absolute pish.

Were van veen and O'Donnell injured? Should have been  busting a gut trying to help the new guys ? Allied to the fact , they're not that good, we are down, I think

Usually try to see positive signs but theyre were none

from what I have been told Van Veen is NOT injured, far from it and it is absolutely everything to do with his application and lack of movement.

If I had been an independent spectator today I would have genuinely wondered if O'Donnell had deliberately played badly as a bet/laugh as his performance was that bad.

  11. I felt so sorry for Danzaki, the guy  was trying to run the channels get into space but absolutely no one even looked in his direction the full time he was on the park. Absolutely shameful from Goss and Slattery.

Other new guys looed like they were trying but they couldn't make up for the shambles that is the rest of the team.

Was really worried with Blaney going of. He is calm and composed and always try to find a player with his passes and tried to get some forward runs.

Crankshaw must wonder wtf he has to do to get some support when he tries to go forward as everyone else just sat back. That ball across the front of goal KVV should have broke his neck trying to get to but he just never gambled that Crankshaw would win the ball.

KVV, Kelly, Slattery and Goss are needing long spells on the bench
