Great Balls of Shire

He obviously meant after that which was accurate, guy has enough issues without getting pulled up for semantics.

Defenders shouldn't really have to be told to get first contact, blick shots etc ...sod had a decent spell last year but in general his time at Motherwell has been poor and now hes older. If even one of the 3 defenders had done their job for The 3rd goal , it could've been avoided.

But if we dont give Matty a shot, he shouldn't be there, we could be quite a few points better off with a competent goalie

Possibly but im hoping the guys that came on can do better that what started or who do we drop? One thing in our favour, theres a few very ordinary teams in bottom of league, tightening up might be enough to save us. Think we were all hoping to build on last year and the money we made but at this minute, staying up is important

Surely there were worse than him

Paulsen, sod and sparrow need dropped and lets see if the others can up things, we can be gifting goals to teams like today. I'd love the manager to be successful, its a big 2 weeks for him, I reckon...im probably thinking he cant turn it around but I live in hope.

Theres no plan in the world which can accommodate that defending...even the killue commentators were laughing and called it " Sunday league" ...we need to get some decent defenders in pronto

Playing for mgr or not, we cannot go on with that defence...moorman looked good at start but he is being brought down to level of others. Alf needs to start dropping people or hes out a job. Paulsen is costing him too many points too...its like how many mistakes can you make to lose a goal.

Some of the forward play was ok but that defence could get us relegated, how odonnel lasted 90 mins is beyond me. There are a few not digging in either. Kilmarnock aren't much better but they dug in a bit.

Sure but the number of avoidable goals is worrying...Central defence wont do at minute

He has cost us a few points this season, time for a spell out, if MC isn't trusted , he needs to go to.

Fair dues but initially you did say " lucky" and the Helsinki one was down to one player...lets see how it goes today, will settle for Lucky or a one man show

If your giving meagre praise in victory, hopefully same in defeat? We win as a team and lose as a team

Ive only seen the pic on FB but theres no context with that...who would be a polis these days ? Can't do right for doing wrong and every move gets filmed just in case...ive probably gone off topic but its taken heat off Alf a bit.

The jury is definitely out on alf but points wise we are similar to last year. There were definitely posters on here saying jba was on a shaky nail, would be good if someone can find them. Will be good also to get Iscar back, haven't seen much from Levitt so far.

I have a st but didnt go , I dont have any inclination to go and be amongst Celtic fans , its a task hearing it all on TV. Ive seen the banner on FB that was in the block e area too although it wasnt being displayed by the official block e. Very important distinction. That's a fn red neck, its like something celtic would display, saw one comment on FB saying " banner fc" at it again. First time they have a problem, they will be wanting the cops to attend. All these things make it not such a good way to spend a Sunday, thats before we get to the fitba.

Ok vogts is very poor, but the caveat to that was he said based on training , he selected vogts...sending him out gor 2nd half is strange but cut aj some slack...we ain't a million miles off where we were last year at this time. I doubt very much we will finish 4th again though. Im sure there were conversations on here last year re Jens and how he has one match away from sack...some of those posters are after aj.. They may be right, it might not work but give him the chance

You can't say they were all bad, i dont see anything from levitt and vigt just isn't a player...lowry , said , faddy are all good footballers but they need help.

Afraid the crowds would drop again anyway, last year was a blip, it can't continue unfortunately....even if we keep some of last year's people

It has been uninspiring stuff for sure, its still taken 2 big errors for them to score,

Vogt has no confidence and even if he did , I doubt he has the ability. Im not seeing much from Levitt so far , was at fault for goal too.

I dont know what people are looking for in interviews, I only watched it because of some comments on here. I thought he was engaging and good value, think people are looking for things that aren't there.

Theres a reason they were called that and all the merchandise and " rivalry" or bigotry is still there , so they will always be old firm to me. Its only the celtic fans it seems to annoy so lets call them the old firm.

Although not at his peak, I would persevere with McGinn, always capable of something. Ferguson, on the other hand , I dont see it, if he does find his man, its always square and he gives too many fouls away...I get he works hard, but just pretty average at most things. Ive not seen him play for his club so maybe hes different for them.

I never heard about this, whats the craic? Too much else going on that night.
