Great post..based on whats happened with us over past few seasons, id favour a foreign coach....but surely theres a uk coach out there who is looking to make a name for themselves. Maybe not an absolute rule but the Scandanavians just seem more astute and intelligent than our guys. What about Stavri Kettlesborg?

Disagree hes not a good manager, Falkirk play some tidy football...think JMcG suffers from not really looking or sounding the part, but his record is decent.

Fair dues, suppose he would have had a pre season with hearts even if he wasn't playing...let's give him the benefit of the doubt and put it down to lack of Match practice .He might well be done but if he's here for another year , let's hope for the best.

Why don't you all give Halliday a decent pre season to get fit before talking of ripping up legal agreements? He might turn out to be OK.

I agree re Davir, too lightweight and slow to play that position. I know he's there to break up play but he needs to be able to pass it too.Maybe being harsh and a full pre season might help but can't help thinking that's why mgr bought halliday .

One thing about the manager, he doesn't come across as negative. If we get another 3k ws uptake then maybe the no money thing won't be as big an issue , but that's not going to happen.
