Late to the party here but just getting a chance. Was up at Tannadice yesterday and thought the game was terrible but a 3 points I will take all day long. The take aways from the game for me are:- Kelly's kicking is getting worse, he either found a Utd player or a fan!!!! Shields is really poor Morris is really poor Maguire is really really poor Slattery is defo a footballer with talent but he looked about a stone overweight?? Great 3 points though so well done boys!!!!!!!

As Ive said before and im still sorry to say it but Moult is clearly finished and he is a waste of a squad number and wages. Aarons might as well be sent on his way also as we cant afford to carry 2 crocks. For me, we need a CB, CM and CF. Yesterday really highlighted for me how poor Shields is and Barry Maguire is utterly hopeless, he might actually be our worst 1st team squad player.

We need to get our finger oot!!!!!!! I feel for SH as its been and will be a horrible run of fixtures but the losses are racking up and the team seems to have lost confidence. We 100% need at least 1 centre half, a fightin midfielder and a forward. Im gutted to say, Moult appears to be a waste of a squad number as does Aarons and we shld get rid of some deadwood in January.

The 2nd goal we gave away was a shocker, waltzed past 5 players and not one of them thought about putting a tackle in, really really bad. I really fear we have wasted wages on 2 crocks in Arrons and Moult who wont play the majority of games which leaves us lacking in any sort of depth and forced to play people like Morris whilst wasting money!

I think until Stevie gets 2/3 players in then we are still not good enough so I can see Aberdeen winning this one but I hope to be wrong.

I will 100% get behind Stevie but I am more than a bit gutted he has been chosen as it comes across as the easy/cheap option, even if it wasn't. Im really underwhelmed but lets face it, he can't do any worse than Alexanders last 8 months so i'll go along and still give my money. He needs to get on with recruitment straight away as I think we are 2 defenders and a striker away from a decent season.

Ive said it before on here and folk actually disagreed............Barry Maguire is utterly useless and if this is the standard we are at then its gona be a long season. If he wasn't a Motherwell youth product he'd be getting slaughtered on here. As soon as I saw his and Carrolls name on the team sheet It was never going to be an easy night for us. GA needs to go, but Im concerned that the management will give him until the world cup and by then we will more than likely be in trouble.

I spoke to a few older Sligo fans who were superb but they were also genuinley asking if they'd be safe getting back to their transport due to the verbal venom that was being thrown at them from the "Well Bois" I get that they are trying to create an atmosphere but the behaviour is getting too much now, 99.9% of fans just want to go and enjoy the football without getting abused and threatened. Couple that with officials getting pelted with items and its not good enough, it makes us look terrible as a club and will cost us money AGAIN.

Enjoyed that game today. DC was excellent in midfied as was Slattery. KVV at times is as lazy a player as ive seen for a long time but then he does some awesome stuff as well!!!! Mugabi was a bit of a bombscare at right back today but incredibly O'Donnell was excellent at left back. Most important thing was the win!!!!

Would be interesting to see if GA has played the same team 2 games in a row. The defence is ALWAYS different and that for me is one of the main reasons for losing games as there is no consistancy in the back 4. How Slattery isn't getting a game every week is very strange as I think he is naturally our best midfielder but its all about opinions. And to top it off, how NM got a contract extension is so far beyond me its crazy, no harm to the lad but at times he even looks surprised if he controls the ball. I am also not convinced GA watches the same matches as the fans as his post match interviews are baffling at times, the football is a horror show at times and as a non season ticket holder (due to work commitments) who gets to the games when I can, I sometimes find it hard to be arsed given I know whats going to be on show.............but alas thats being a well fan for the last few seasons.
