ScotRail's service is about as reliable as our defence is at dealing with crosses.

Sack the Executive Board now. This isn’t some random sponsorship deal gone sour, this is a takeover bid, and their lack of care and due diligence is beyond belief.

Some games will be live on Premier Sports TV, and all the others will be streamable on Premier Sports Player by purchasing the matchday pass. https://www.premiersports.com/gb/upcoming-fixtures?category_id=237

Jake Hastie signs for Ayr.

A decent summary from Nick McPheat, outlining the absurdity of the past few weeks and today. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/articles/cm52em9vkn4o

Should we start taking bets on McMahon, Dickie, and Feely’s resignation/removal dates now? On the other hand, kudos to those who've stuck their heads above the parapet recently, both on social media and in the press.
-
It is indeed a great statement, and very well-timed. Wilson has shown himself to be a compliant yes-man who’s never had to deal with the consequences of his actions in business. Add to that, McMahon must send excellent birthday cards.
-
I've just received the investment ballot email from Civica on behalf of the Well Society. Vote to reject the offer. It's our Club.
-
Jim would probably send a birthday card and claim it to be a Christmas card.
-
Yep. I posted above that I'll likely be upping my direct debit to the WS if/once this investment nonsense is voted down. We need to put our money where our mouths are, where possible, and help.

Another "Motherwell man" with the Club's best interests at heart...or a delusional former Director encouraging others to sell the Club and Well Society up the river? https://x.com/AndrewWilson/status/1809938150984175995

Me. Scotrail cancellations led to extra unnecessary pints.

Everyone involved in this investment proposal needs to just admit that they've been caught with their hands in the cookie jar (deliberately or accidentally) and stop this charade. Pursuing it, on these terms and with those involved, will surely only cause more damage to a community-focused club.

Unfortunately, it seems that McMahon has already set that train in motion, and the blame for any disaster will be on him, not the fans.

A few observations from yesterday: Much like last season, we have zero width and no plan B. Miller is a different class and will be sold soon. Without Bair, we don't seem to have anyone capable of playing the solo striker role. Someone please tell Kettlewell that Paton isn't a Spittal replacement. Gordon is a great signing and should start every game as the main CB. Why do we have so many injuries? Again. Bigots everywhere. The League Cup games will help determine the settled 11.

Get fucked, you weirdo.

I'm glad someone appreciates my work.

Jesus Christ! I never thought a fellow Well fan would quote the scriptures at me on a Saturday. I'm off to the pub.

I've lived in South Lanarkshire for 39 years, so I think I know a sectarian bigot when I see one, and I am certainly not one of those. Maybe my comment above touched a nerve. Sorry about that, I’ll do better next time, as I wouldn't want to hurt those spreading hate.

For those with concerns, here is the route that leaves from outside the stadium at full-time. It's hunbelievable that this is allowed. https://maps.app.goo.gl/gaaXH5uTUAfBkxHo7

Due to the vile, inbred, bigoted scum of Scotland having several marches today, with one being close to Fir Park straight after the match, any advice from Motherwell locals on which pubs and areas to avoid before and after the game would be appreciated. I am from Lanarkshire and used to this shit, but I want to double-check before I jump on the train and potentially get caught amongst the unwashed and uneducated masses. https://www.northlanarkshire.gov.uk/roads-streetlighting-and-parking/roadworks-and-closures/public-processions/public-processions-july-2024 PROCESSION DETAILS DATE OF PROCESSION: 6 July 2024 ORGANISATION: Motherwell Orange & Purple District 25 LOCATION: (TOWN/VILLAGE) Motherwell ASSEMBLY TIME: 9.30 am START TIME: 9.45 am PROPOSED ROUTE: St Vincent Place, Milton Street, Woodburn Street, Mill Road, Merry Street, Menteith Road, Pollock Street, Merry Street, Hamilton Road, Muir Street, Milton Street RETURN PROCESSION (IF APPLICABLE) ASSEMBLY TIME: 4.45 pm START TIME: 5.00 pm PROPOSED ROUTE: Knowetop Avenue, Windmillhill Street, Brandon Street, West Hamilton Street, Hamilton Road, Muir Street, Milton Street APPROX. You've probably saved me £55, but that may not be the case later on once I've seen it in the flesh with a few pints of the make bad decisions juice in my belly.
