Maybe McCall's just trying to help him to get a club sorted as any who have been showing interest may be pushed into making him an offer if they think he may be about to sign for someone else. Would absolutely love it if he did sign for us though!

Flights booked, East Midlands to Valencia on the Monday with Ryanair, Back on the Saturday Alicante to East Midlands with Monarch, £220. Raging as checked Friday & could've had return EMA-Valencia for £165, only got time off work confirmed today though. Still hotel to book.

Arrived last night also, been for a walk around today, heat is a killer! Not seen any 'Well fans as yet, thought I heard some Scottish voices at 1 point but may just be going loco due to the heat! Heading to pool for an hour so then will be getting shifted to head back down later. Only seemed to be 2 or 3 bars around Syntagma that I could see, didn't look at prices. Might try Monastiraki based on above advice. Plenty fit babes kicking around though, always good

Called in today on way back down south, no tickets, said would be arriving by courier tomorrow? As I obviously can't go back was asked to fill in a form & was given some mobile numbers to contact to arrange collecting in Athens. Said would call me to advise who/where to collect from if there is a general plan to distribute tickets in Athens.

Brother can't go as he's starting a new next week job so didn't think would be going. Just couldn't resist though! Booked on 16:35 flight from LHR, arrive Athens 22:10 on the Sunday, return flight 17:25 on the Thursday. Staying @ Radisson Blu Park hotel. Hoping we're still in with a chance after 1st leg!

I've already stated I'll be cancelling Sky/ESPN if they pull out due to the right thing being done. Am willing to wait until it's official that this will happen 1st though.

I am in a similar position to trainbus, never had a ST before but decided I would buy 1 this season, even though I won't use it more than a few times. This was due to a belief that the right thing was being done & understanding that our club was going to face some financial loss due to this. I was also going to look into joining the WS & to be honest was feeling great about being a 'Well fan as I honestly felt that in a roundabout way, this catastrophe would turn out to be a good thing for our club, & Scottish football as a whole in the long run. I believe there are many more like me who have been doing the same, thinking how they could do a bit more to aid the club financially. If the club (statement ASAP please) is in any way involved in the shocking blackmailing revealed yesterday, I hope they realise the damage this will cause to MOTHERWELL FC. Image the irony - Motherwell end up going under in order to Save Rangers!!

If the SFL indicate no on Tuesday, do you think it will change how the voting goes on Wednesday? You have to wonder after today's development!

They are not SFA members, the deadline for them to apply is tomorrow.

Until 4/7, or at least that's what we've been led to believe. & it's only because it's 'rangers' that this vote is taking place at all. Don't think there would be a vote on accepting a newco Motherwell into the SPL, or any other club bar Celtic.

The SPL isn't 'kicking them out', they (SEVCO) are not a football club.There was a football club called Rangers who went bust which has created an empty place in the league structure. Normal practise is that all remaining clubs shift up 1 place & the empty place is open to application.
