The Thomas signing was weird to begin with. I think he was signed because it didn't look like we were going to get Marvin Johnson. Then we ended up with both + Tony "The Messiah" Straker in the same window. I don't even think he was in the 20s team at the end of his time with us.

Watched the Inverness game at the weekend and it was a classic Vigurs performance. Walking through midfield, losing possession, not even trying his arse to get back. He obviously has some talent but he's a lazy, work-shy bastard and I could never warm to him playing for Motherwell.

I don't think you can count that game for anything when you consider we played Hammell at right back and Josh fucking Law in midfield.

The problem isn't that McHugh's was a red card. The problem is the massive inconsistency in these decisions. Fair enough if McHugh's was a red. But then that needs to be the same for everything. Kiernan on Hammell, Lucas getting his legs booted off at Inverness etc. If players know that any follow through means a straight red, they won't go into the challenge.

Personally think Sowah was terrified by the popped collar and all-round SWAG young Campbell was strutting about with.

Sowah's a fucking bombscare of a defender. Campbell absolutely bodied him about 4 minutes in to the Hamilton game and Sowah never got near him the rest of the game.
