I'm even more confused now, as I definately never heard any SS chants and doubt thats what what onthefringes would have been offended by even tho' its secondhand information thats he's displaying mock outrage at. I still don't get how a couple edit: no maybe six? lads in Motherwell colours and kilts detract from the experience of others. Some people maybe just need to start enjoying their own life instead of being outraged at others
-
I was there as well and I would like to know what he means and what you think he means by "Behaviour that detracts the experience of others? Not on. Hope the club look into the affair of those who besmirched the name of our fine following " I reckon he's just a big pant wetter thats miffed he wasn't there
-
that has to be one of the most confusing posts I've ever read on here and there is a fair bit of competition what exactly is it you are trying to say? exactly what behaviour that is so 'tartan army' like are you referring to??
-
some of his photos will have an interesting perspective this time around be good to see what the view was like from outside the fence

many steady performances, whilst we still seem a bit of the pace and had a couple of scary moments, all the team done enough for a professional close to the tie pleased to see Forb-ez getting acknowledged as well, a good night for the lad. Murphy deserves great praise for the goal however my vote is for He's better than Steve Gerrard ( tho he forgot his passport, TWICE! )

I don't think I'll ever understand the difference in mentality from that attitude and many of us I agree its a very expensive trip for a game of football, but a clubs first ever away tie in the modern game of European football, in a knock out round, surely qualifies it as a glamour tie regardless of it only being Motherwell they were playing. I can only assume you are spoiled Trafficlight

not shown on the SPL site that they are partners, but that could be wrong lots of things getting put right at Fir Park these days, the option to have a bet at the game certainly enhances the match day experience ( and gets punters through the gates a little bit earlier)

BBC match report and stats

I thought it highlighted that we need a creative player to supply our current strikers who all to often were the guys putting the crosses in for the many chances that were missed. Sutton and Murphy were doing far too much of the supply work, leaving us stretched for players in the middle
-
Hammell for me , done his job and went the extra yard to cover for others mistakes when he needed to, Lasley a close second too many loose balls that could have cost however and just shows how different we all see the game, I though Hately was a poor as he was the last few games of last season tonight, lost the ball far too often and was caught ball watching far too often. and big Sutts never had his normal good 90mins, struggled badly 2nd half Big Crazy Legs Saunders would have won MOTM and won us the game 'edit: by more goals' had he been given a start
-
a win with no injuries is the most important thing game wasn't any better than a normal pre-season friendly would have been a lot of our team still miles of pace and sharpness, our central defence and right back tried their best to throw away the game at the start of the second half most impressed with Breidablik, always played football and were most certainly not cloggers we encounter much of the time in the UEFA and the SPL/scottish cups they seemed happy to play out the last few minutes at 1 down, I suspect they have enough confidence to know they are still in this tie
-
Looked outstanding tonight, Good work looks to have been done on the surface and we must have the best drainage in the UK to deal with the rain that fell in the hour before kick off, many street drains couldn't cope with the deluge is the grass being left a little bit longer to help it develop/grow/take root?

why should most fans be Happy? a sunday at noon, after being previously notified of a Saturday at 3pm sure the few that score out the move like Gazzy should be happy but 'most fans'? Spot on, A fuckin idiot Fuck you, it must be shite up there on that high horse all yourself, they might be fools but certainly not for buying advance tickets, just for being like the rest of us and even trying to show support for an SPL team happens all the time, so we should just shut up and be happy? Bollox and while I'm at it , it is partially Motherwells fault, everybody needs to remember the SPL is the twelve member clubs , so all of these fuck ups that are killing the game as a spectator sport are self inflicted

Cheers Bliki gives us a chance to see what we are up against, more even match against Selfoss the week before, even tho it finished 1-3 to Breidablik Keeper isn't all that big? very rarely tested from high balls into the box in the couple of match highlights I watched there, Defenders seem to benefit from time on the ball number 24 the boy thats developing a Chris Waddle mullet, seems to be involved in everything and number 10 Finnbogason? looks class thats site has highlights of many games just click on the numbers for older games ( i think week game numbers) I'll be betting on more than 3.5 goals in the games based on what I've seen, should be fairly entertaining

Two games me and the nephew that I'll not be paying into now or would have been ripped of for if I'd bought a season ticket Aberdeen for our next home game on a Saturday @ 3, 18th September
-
I was getting quite excited about the return of the football even venturing up to the friendly but this is just a timely reminder of how much of a mess the SPL is as a spectator sport I'm quite glad I never bought the season tickets this season, Or I would have been raging at fans and the club getting shafted yet again. as it is I'm just a former season ticket holder sitting here saying, ach well £60 saved, but thinking thats another £60 Motherwell has lost

aye, I'll admit it, was a wee bit worried not much you can do when the cars floating at 70mph and you don't know what direction you're heading, or what the jeep that was two foot to the right of you is doing? anyway it would probably have dried up by the time you and the decorator got there, you'd have been quicker in that JCB

a couple of miles before Falkirk? we had a moment as well, cruising along and a 4x4 was just passing us when we hit the flooded road completely blinded for about ten seconds Filled ma pants

Took them at least 10mins to spot him after the game kicked off but it only took them seconds to spot him near the end , a pished grown man running away from stewards was comedy gold

Decent run out for most of what looks like the first eleven tonight ( trialist x 2) Surprised to hear Gazupo sounded busy, looke quite a bit out of it for me , but very early days to be judging Wee suker )sp?) was involved heavily and looks reasonably tidy on the ball, but is on the short side of small but again far too early to tell if hes a find or not Big Randolph looked best out the newbies, claimed a few high crosses under pressure which is a definite positive, not to clear on how much he could've done for their goal through the crowd of bodies Saunders was excellent , defense as a unit looked better than early last year Lasley stood out in midfield, Jennings looked well up for it early doors, some training will help Forbes goal was an absolute peach his only significant contribution but oh so important in the game we love. Murph took a whack early on and big Sutts was solid for his stint but the match was only an aside to the happenings at either side of the pitch by some fine steeds and a decorator

I know of a few who own shares in the club I'd certainly be interested in buying some if it was possible, but I'm not sure how feasible it is would imagine for it to be a cash generator in todays financial climate it would have to be a monthly payment type of scheme £? x 12 or 24 months = share/s or it could be made more appealing by including it in a 12 month plan to partly pay in advance for next years season ticket + share so the club would have increased monthly cash income year round

its been a while but last I looked it was definately a 'ground'
