  1. Right with all the changes in TV rights, I've not quite figured out when I will catch a glimpse of the 'Well games might not be a lot on yesterdays game but Goals on Sunday, Sky Sports 1, has just went to a break stating coming up all of yesterdays SPL action then next Liverpool Bolton
  2. Yeah lets get back to Football has anyone got any word on Big Hutch or Slane being missing from the squad?, the Humps absence appears to be down to some sad family news but I'm sure that I'm not the only one to be surprised at Hutch and Slane both being missing
  3. I've updated the list in the first post, with all the pledges and those that have aleady transferred money via PayPal Heading towards an amount that will guarantee one sponsorship already. If we get enough we maybe get back to sponsoring two players this season again but its all down to the punters of steelmenonline, £5 gets a stake
  4. Brazilian

    Aberdeen

Dundee Utd v Falkirk from the bbc Alba website
  5. Yeah Netherton I was thinking that myself having listened to it Was surprised to read some on here thinking it was all us? Dons seem to be getting too much space in midfield edit: Jennings on for Lukas might help plug the holes and Wee Boab will score
  6. Reynolds to left back Hammell having a 'discussion' with Gannon on the way off about being substituted?
  7. online radio feed Motherwell in their traditional all Yellow with Claret band
  8. Keeping them out of the spotlight? only a couple of days til the window shuts n.b this is based on no source just pure speculation/rumour
  9. could just be Gannon shuffling the deck again, has he started with 11 in even remotely the same positions? never heard the radio feed just based it on the official site team list. Must be a nightmare for the opposition when we don't even know what he's got planned
  10. I'd have guessed Saunders - Craggs - Reynolds - Hammell Hately in midfield
  11. 3-5 a game that'll have the 'Well travellers talking for weeks and leaving me gutted I didn't make it edit: just seen Big Hutch is out change that to 2-2 and a sigh of relief with Sutton getting on late to equalise
  12. Cheers Folks I've updated the list for those that I've recived money from and the others that are joining in. Frazzle not sure yet if I'll make Sheepsville but don't worry we'll get something sorted TVtotherwell PayPal arrived no problems Cheers again , Iain
  13. Cheers DelBoy ( just checked its arrived in the PayPal as well ) Yeah, sound Finlay just pledge an amount and send it thru' when you get the chance. And Cheers TrafficLight
  14. I'll take a punt at hosting another player sponsorship for fans to club together and sponsor a Motherwell FC player. Many Thanks to all that chipped in last year It'll be the sixth year that some fans will chip in with this format, the second season under the steelmenonline banner. THE IDEA & COSTS It costs between £275 & £345 to sponsor each players various pieces of kit (Home, Away & Euro). The idea is that people contribute in multiples of £5 in order to get them a 'raffle ticket' for a draw at the end of the season. The winner of the draw will receive the sponsors privilages ( sponsored top & opportunity to receive it at an end of season event) So, if you donate £5, you will get one chance at winning the strip/s, whereas a £20 donation will get you four chances and so on.... It's basically whatever you can afford, but £5 is the minimum pledge. Most of us can't afford to sponsor a player ourselves, but together the fans can show their support for the club by clubbing together! (Last years winner ---> Click Here) PAYMENT Send PayPal payment to.... iainmande@hotmail.com , Not used my PayPal since last years fundraiser but reckon if the contribution is marked as personal payment then no commission will be taken. Please remember to include your board name in the PayPal payment so I can mark it off, and also that it's for sponsorship. PM or post here, if you require postal details to send a cheque or we'll try and arrange meets at the next few games I'll gauge interest and try and publish a final date, so we are not chasing money or left with a shortfall. I've got a list of available players, but will have it checked again if we can gather together enough funds to go ahead and contribute to the club. There were some problems last year but the club delivered in the end and I believe DelBoy had a good evening in the company of Players and Management and is well chuffed with receiving Suttons top. Collection list 2009/2010 ( paid/confirmed in bold) Brazilian £? 15. We have a winner David I really cant be bothered with going over it all again, guess I'm just an old fashioned guy that believes that when I'm struggling financially, what little income I am getting should not be going on Drink, Fags or attending Football matches I've also re-read the thread and can't find these good points made about students and juveniles other than wellgirl referring to the fact they are alreay offered reduced entry. Harping on is because I've read it on more than one website under more than one user name, and I still don't believe her proposal of simply reducing entry for unemployed folk to be ideal I've said before I'm all for filling seats in Fir Park and in general reducing prices is to be supported but doing it in the manner proposed would not be my first choice. I'm harping on a bit now, better shutup and jog on in case folk think i'm ridiculous and not being honest
  16. Folk do comment on OSB there have been a few lengthy debates on passionate subjects raised in the zine ( just not every issue) I quite like to keep forum and fanzines separate, I only purchase the one fanzine nowadays and surely it would be best for the fanzines if folk respond direct to them rather than on internet Oh and Gabby Logan looks well fit sitting next to that mutant Martin Keown
  17. The Motherwell News email is from the club not steelmen online Sign up on the official site home page, news link, then newsletter clicky here
  18. they were being published on the Motherwell news email from the club, might be in Mondays if its back to being weekly
  19. agree in general but is it not the case that as well as a general drop in attendances that Killie were one of the teams that MFC shat on regarding the progressive pricing that seen Rangers fans get in cut price only for them a few weeks later to get screwed over after media coverage showing they would also get in a reduced prices.
  20. Some fine performances today Jim OBrien was immense as many have mentioned and voted to reflect surprised no one has commented on Craigans return, almost flawless, on the day and a real captains display, encouraging and providing guidance and focus to those around him. But my vote was for: Big Shaun Hutchison
  21. eMERGEing talent ...........Motherwell youth thread
  22. wonder which one he warmed up
