  1. United play at home first against AEK Athens
  2. For those that can't get a good stream from the site, Eurosport are showing it live - and are about 2 seconds ahead of the feed if that matters.
  3. The SPL Allround table still has Kilmarnock 25 points better of than us. Although, we're above Dundee United by a decent stretch too (32 points)
  4. I guess it's better than the usual moaning about Stewards, The Catering etc....
  5. He looked devistated in the first half when his front post run/header didn't lead to the goal. I don't think there is a player on the park that wants a goal more than him He was excellent last night.
  6. Was that not Copenhagen?
  7. Alot more difficult to get out of the groups now from when Aberdeen did it. Due to the re-structure it is more like the Champions League. No longer do three clubs qualify from the Group.
  8. No it hasn't. UEFA have dismissed it. Mallorca are going to the Court for Sport Arbitration (CSA) now. They have applied for re-instatement of the club AND the postponement of the Europa League while UEFA check every clubs finances.
  9. Apart from the ticket office creating a security risk by given me and my auld man tickets for the Press Box. In the end we got tickets for the south, but what a way to go
  10. Yes if Mallorca win their case with the CSA, UEFA will be forced to enter them instead of Villarreal. Not quite the way the Beeb advertised it was it
  11. Was it Dinamo that Hearts played last season?
  12. Once again the Beeb get it wrong. Amazing it in. Real Mallorca are not in the draw. Although we do have their replacement in our section
  13. If we score in the first ten minutes then we could end up given them a beating. If they score in the first ten minutes, the crowd is not going to be pretty. If neither score in the first ten minutes, I can see a few trips to the toilet will be in order. Nervous anticipation is now taking over.
  14. You'll also find if we get an English Club the game will more than likely be on TV. I wouldn't hold out much hope on a full house from either Liverpool fans or Manchester City fans as don't the bigger, Champions League wanna be clubs take these with a little less interest than say a club like us, where this is our top competition.
  15. I hate it when it happens because it takes away the "small" team's only advantage, albeit a small advantage. Any seeded team in the Europa League would pound us on a pitch the size of Hampden.
  16. Agreed. If I'm not mistaken for the Cup Final against Rangers was it not Season Ticket Holders & MST/Other Trusts whatever Members then.. Those who had attended the last three home games or something then... general sale I don't see why trips to foreign countries allow you more right at a home game. If, and it's a big if there will be any sort of restriction on purchase then it should be Season Ticket Holders > Those who have been to both Home Ties > General I would even make ST Holders and those who have been to both ties in the same sale as I don't know the necessary reason why a ticket that gets you home games alone should entitle you to extras like Europe (unless of course it was in the renewal letter)
  17. Not the only one - although I'll be waiting for it from the Main Stand...
  18. I don't think he's becoming a scapegoat though. I think the critic he gets is a little OTT, as the crosses that stay in the park are usually in the right spot if a player was able to get hold of it. The thing though is a good winger knows when to put the ball into the box. I think once Humph remembers that he is a lot quicker than our forwards and he puts his foot on the ball before crossing the ball we'll score a barrell load from his crosses. Saying that, the reason he isn't starting is because of his pace, he can be used as a impact sub. I don't think it has anything to do with Brown not liking him. For fuck sake man, it's a squad game, it's not all about the starting XI.
  19. With the lack of both wings of the Main Stand (which were available against Nancy) it will depend on which stand we give the away fans. If we draw a big club that is likely to travel (the English clubs for example) then I would think we'd give up the Davie Cooper rather than the South, to allow more 'Well fans (and/or neutrals) tickets. Still think anyone that wants a ticket will get one - IF it is one ticket for every season ticket and not season ticket holders able to buy 5 or 6.
  20. Exactly. Not to mention Kilmarnock are up shit creek without a paddle and require a total re-build. Accies have lost a few players, and not replaced them with much. But then again every year a thread like this opens up. Come the end of the season we'll either be in the top six, or a lot closer to the top six than relegation - and that's with the squad we have.
  21. Yeah they do. IF there is a person to look to if you know anyone who thinks they're better than they are it's him. Had the chance to go onto a lot better things but preferred booze, drugs and girls more.
  22. Yes. Villarreal have replaced Real Mallorca, pending appeal to the CSA
  23. The FA are unfortunately unable top do anything. The FA would probably be one of the first to do such thing. It's up to the FAW to do something. Won't hold my breath.
