I don't think he's becoming a scapegoat though. I think the critic he gets is a little OTT, as the crosses that stay in the park are usually in the right spot if a player was able to get hold of it. The thing though is a good winger knows when to put the ball into the box. I think once Humph remembers that he is a lot quicker than our forwards and he puts his foot on the ball before crossing the ball we'll score a barrell load from his crosses.
Saying that, the reason he isn't starting is because of his pace, he can be used as a impact sub. I don't think it has anything to do with Brown not liking him. For fuck sake man, it's a squad game, it's not all about the starting XI.
