Its a fair enough question and many people make valid points in response, on a personal note I find it to be cathartic to sound off on the boards here I find it helps me to be positive in my backing of the Club and the Team when actually at the game. I reckon we can reasonably expect 6 out of the 9 League points up for grabs and still in the cup Dundee Utd, Aberdeen ,Hibs and Hearts have potentially more difficult games coming up and I can see them dropping some points. End of Feb I can see us up to 6th and still in the cup. Sorted

Personally I don't give a rats bahookey where we sign players from if they do a turn for us then fantastic. In case many people forget we are not nor shall ever be one of the countries Big/Wealthy clubs this is the level at which we operate loan signings from bigger clubs. Celtics scouts/coaches etc. must have seen something in him or he wouldn't have been there, maybe we should be more concerned that none of our young players (Sheridanis after all only 19) are able to step up to first team level. Hate to say it but there is huge swathes of negative comments come from the East Stand, am in the next block to the "Family Section " there is a woman there who is very loud and very vocal and more often than not it very negative. Personally I try to be positive to the team and scathing towards the officials So come on everyone , next home game try to stifle the negative comments try it for one game and see the difference. You pays yer money the same as me and are as entitled to your opinion as I am to mine, but please try it, if you cant bring yourself to be positive save it for the car/bus/pub the players may not be world class but they are OURS.

While in no way detracting from Locos right to stage this at home or be in the tourney or any of that old nonsense, its been suggested to me that if Wed doesn't go ahead the fixture has to be moved. Is there such a rule ? Does there not have to come a point where the game has to be played or forfieted ? Not out to wind anyone up this is a genuine question .

Falkirk did indeed try to kick us off the park, Daren Barr and Neil McCaan in particular, Referee set the tone 27 minutes un, McBride nailed hammy right on the touchline (east stand side) , If creggens tackle against Ramgers last week was a red card then this one was an arrestable offence. The referee shat out of punishing some seriously bad challenges n the 2nd half but booked Kimpl for persistent fouling. I was surprised at Falkirk thats not usually there style, perhaps Yogi felt that following last weeks events they may as well go out and get stuck in cos players will be sent off for very little. As for thier goal it came after a heavy challenge on Craggs seen him having treatmet and then have tom go off to the side, It seemed like the Ref took an eternity to let him back on, there was a similar sitaution later when 1 of thiers was off as well as crags and the linesman had to let them on the ref seemed to foret they were there. Can't take anyting away from the boy who scored falkirks goal it was a belter .

I think theres an element of trying too hard which contributes to that, the boy is desperate to continually do well for us, no surprise given his pedigree. If he can relax just a little then watch out SPL

If we are to harbour any ambition of reaching top 6 then 3 points is essential, even though they are currently 4 places below us its only 9 points its the old "six pointer " cliche for them. And bear in mind ICT may bounce back with new manager syndrome where a new boss suddeny gets results from the same players , we'e seen it so many times. I'm taking nothing for granted and would plead with every steelman to be there on saturday and get right behind the team.

I dont't think anyone should be that surprised, its the middle ofjanuary and its north east scotland. Think about it people Pittodrie is gaelic for bloddy freezing, Harlaw Park is a bit further up. You can't bame Locos, if anything they should be praised for showing that rarest of qualities in scottish football Common Sense the Pitch inspectons were done early enough and the games called off in time to cause the absolute minimum disruption possible. The romance of the cup will still be there on Monday or whenever we get the game played. Because of the initial postponement we had extra time to prepare for the Utd. game so watch out Falkirk here we come.
