  1. The play acting, time wasting and feigning injuries very typically Hearts. Something to behold.
  2. Pretty comfortable before that. Utter disater though. One of those where you see he's underhitting the pass before he's even played it. Carson injury didnt look too good.
  3. Mcgregor is just an immature wideo as has been demonstrated on many occasions. From childish hand gestures, to actual fly-kicking opponents (Calum Elliot), to diving and feigning injury.
  4. Hartley was down, a few players having a sly kick, but Mcgregor, for no reason, 'falls' onto Hartley... Coincidentally, elbow first.
  5. Looking at replay of Hartley's goal, did Bigi get hit with a cup of coke from the stand?
  6. Be interesting to see if 'trial by sportscene' highlights Mcgregor's elbow-drop on Hartley.
  7. looool Had to happen. Bringing on a sub defending a corner. Rookie stuff.
  8. That's at least 3 times now Rangers players have raised their hands. Not a word.
  9. Meh, was looking good, but tough ask now. Particularly as Thomson is starting to give innocuous fouls.
  10. All said and done It'll blow over after the game. Might add a bit of lasting resentment from Rangers fans, but they're about maxed out on that towards other clubs' fans anyway. It's just another item to chalk down in the whole ongoing 'banter years' thing.
  11. Very much this. As usual the media have found an angle. It wasn't the physical injury he found 'fun' it was the subsequent fortnight of greiving and wailing.
  12. There's no point buying another striker unless we modify our style of play. Also, Robinson said in his interview that the front 2 didnt click and he's trying to find best partnership, but persists with pairing Main and Sammon. Illogical. Also there is all this talk of getting balls in the box, but that has to come from wide areas and getting decent crosses in. You can do that by going direct, but need decent hold up play in the first instance and then to find runners in the wings. At the moment its flick-ons to noone. I'm fairly 'happy clappy' and hopefully we find our feet but its concerning that our only plan seems to be route 1 and physicality. At the moment we have an unfortunate combination of horriffic football and miseeable defeats.
  13. That was eye-bleedingly bad Some people call it pub league and on that no wonder. Route 1 is ok as long as its effective, but it was entirely apparent that we were making it easy for Accies today. Campbell and Tait going off was bizarre, albeit I was looking for Johnon on. We'll be lucky to have a point 4 games in.
  14. We'll pump Accies 4-0 and wonder what the fuss was about.
  15. I guess its a bit early to judge so far. Bear in mind the LC games are pretty much pre-season friendlies and fitness excercises and our first game of season was V a strong Hibs team (And with a depleted team). Give it a few games and see how things pan out - Even then one of our imminent games is against a buoyant Rangers. Of course everyone would prefer to see a bit of flair and attcking football, but the shitfesting so far has resulted in 2 cup finals and avoiding relegation fairly comfortably - This for me, is the priority here. We *appear* stonger up front (Excl Moult obv) and I Johnson could turn out to be a decent piece of business - Certainly looks a level above what Bowman was after a few games.
  16. This is true and its similar to how transfer windows are able to be enforced. They're not prohibiting a player being employed by a (new) club, which would contravene law, they prohibiting them being registered for the competition. Edit - The Aldred news is reassuring.
  17. This. I'm completely failing to see how Hartley sticking his arm out towards the ball for no reason is harsh. You can't even argue proximity of the shot for this one
