  1. With the Ref apologising for booking Jim O'Brien, surely the yellow card should be rescinded. I know it's not normal, but he clearly admitted to getting it wrong.
  2. Nah. Beat both green and white teams and it's in the bag. Simples.
  3. Mentioned earler about Jovial Jeffries banging on all week about what they were going to do, and that we should do our talking on the pitch. We fair screamed our intentions from the word go today, and thoroughly whacked them with an assured performane. Well done to Michael Fraser, incidentally, fair made few of the doubters (and I was one) eat their words today though there were still a couple of things he made you wonder at, and I don't mean in a positive sense. 4th if we want it, simple as that.
  4. That's one of them things for the dressing room wall tomorrow!

Always was a bit of a twat was Bett........ ‘Move to Aberdeen FC – or put your career at risk’ Pittodrie legend Bett’s warning to O’Brien By Sean Wallace Published: 23/04/2010 ABERDEEN FC target Jim O’Brien was today warned snubbing Pittodrie in favour of Rangers could derail his career. Motherwell winger O’Brien is top of Aberdeen FC boss Mark McGhee’s wish list as he looks to rebuild his squad. But McGhee’s plans could be thrown into chaos by league leaders Rangers who are also tracking the 22-year-old. But Dons and Rangers legend Jim Bett insists O’Brien risks his career stalling if he moves to Govan.
  6. Someone should print off all the shite that turd has been spouting this week and pin it to the dressing room walls tomorrow before the game. Get fecking tore in lads, and after the game make sure you go by his greeting face with a "f*ck you" as you pass.
  7. Always keep an eye on the enemy.....
  8. There must've been half-a-dozen stories posted up on their official website today regarding Saturday and how they are going to do this and that. I prefer if we do our talking on the park, empty vessels don't have make some amount of noise!
  9. Indeed. What was it, 400 of an allocation and only 150 of us actually managed to get tickets, the rest taken by Rangers fans turning up at Fir Park to buy them. Was fun during the game though!

Found this.... O'Brien switches back to Scotland Thursday, 22 April 2010 07:46 Motherwell winger Jim O'Brien has confirmed he is switching his international allegiance back to Scotland from the Republic of Ireland. The 22-year-old recently revealed he was considering the change and has now opted to make himself available to Craig Levein, who he played under while on loan at Dundee United two years ago. Vale of Leven-born O'Brien, who played for Scotland Under-17 before representing Ireland at Under-19 and Under-21 level, told the Scottish Sun: "It's something I looked into and had a long think about. 'I have decided to make myself available for selection for Scotland in future. A chance came up to play for Ireland and I wanted to do that for my grandfather. 'But your situation changes and with Craig getting the job, I wanted to work with him again.' O'Brien, who is out of contract at Fir Park this summer and has been linked with a move to Aberdeen and Rangers, added: 'I grew up watching Craig Brown take Scotland to the World Cup finals and if the chance comes along to win Scotland caps it would be great.'

Are they not in serious financial shit, with Ince getting the boot? Doubt they could afford to sign him either, and even if they could, it'd be anything but an good move.
  14. Official Site reports we beat Saint Johnstone 2-0 in a bounce game today, Ross Forbes scoring both. Interestingly, Liam Bricutt (Chelsea) took part for us along with Pelegrino, and Shaun Hutchison played an important 45 minutes. Bounce
  15. With part two coming up next week-end, I see Shellic have rescheduled their friendly with AZ for next Wednesday. Madness having a friendly inbetween league games, with a bit of luck we can take full advantage.
  16. Current totals.... Motherwell 34 yellow cards 1 red FHW 69 (yes, sixty-nine) yellow and 9 red animals.
  17. Really want the team to get tore into this mob and get what would be a crucial three points. Oh aye, and to shut this greetin faced fecker up as well...... Intaethem
  18. A wee side note is Hibs current form is dire compared to ours. Last 15 games see them as W 3 D 3 L 9, losing 5 of their last six.
  19. To be fair, they did make massive improvements to Brocville. It was demolished!
  20. I know that, think we were all talking about that on Sunday. But I wouldn't be surprised if the SPL took credit for what is simply common sense.
  21. This'll be the SPL's offiial way of "making it up to us". A pish attempt. If they really wanted fairness, send Shellic to Fir Park a week on Saturday.
  22. Lawless already has the lads one up after 6 minutes. Follow it here.... Twittering
  23. Motherwell striker Lukas Jutkiewicz is unsure of his future at parent club Everton. Jutkiewicz has impressed during his time at Fir Park. A big, powerful striker he certainly looks to have a future at a high level. Davie Moyes might take him back to Everton next season but the youngster is waiting for clarification. He told the Daily Record: "Those discussions will be for a later date. I have another year on my contract at Goodison so as far as I'm aware I will go back for pre-season at Everton. But it can all change at any point. "I've said from the word go I'm happy at Motherwell. And if there was an agreement between the two clubs that would allow me to stay then that would be great. "I feel I've improved here. Just playing games will improve you naturally. "I feel a lot more confident and game-ready."
  24. For the first goal, I think Ruddy would have hoofed that right up field and taken no second touch. Quite why Fraser felt he needed a second touch is beyond me. There was then an occasion when he seemed to feel it necessary to dummy round an attacking United player when he could very easily have ended up looking like the complete idiot. If in doubt!!!!
