And are ever more in debt than they were last year. Their bubble will burst with exceptional force sometime in the near future, and any player with any real sense will avoid them for a guarenteed regular wage, not one which could disappear when they do hit the wall.

Weston set for Motherwell switch
Tuesday 4th May 2010 16:00
Walsall have parted company with Rhys Weston by mutual consent, paving the way for a possible switch to SPL side Motherwell. The 29-year-old defender linked up Craig Brown's side last Tuesday for a two-day trial before returning to the midlands ahead of the club's 1-1 draw at Carlisle.
The decision not to offer Weston a new contract with his current deal set to expire at the end of this season gives Well the opportunity to snap up his services on a free transfer should Brown have liked what he saw.
The former Wales international, who joined the Saddlers in 2007, would likely jump at the chance to ply his trade in the SPL with his wife being from Scotland and his family also based north of the border.
Weston has left the League One club along with striker Sam Parkin, and Walsall manager Chris Hutchings told the club's official website: "I'd like to thank Rhys and Sam for their hard work and effort.
"Rhys has been here for three seasons and has been a valuable member of the squad.
"I sat down with him and we have both agreed to go our separate ways.
"We wish both players all the best for the future."
I was thinking along the same way. They have one player in particular whose weekly wage probably exceeds what our club pays in wages for the entire squad over 7 days. They won't have a single player in their squad today who gets anywhere near what our guys get. On paper they should thump us, today they did, but football isn't played on paper. On another day we'd get the breaks and beat them. We lost, sadly more due to errors rather than skill, so no worries. Let's have the next bunch please.
Getting gubbed always hurts, especially against them or their ugly sister. However, pretty sure it was one where both Brown and Knox would have said anything is a bonus. As has been said, had someone said back on Boxing Day at 10 to 5 we'd be just one win away from guarenteeing fourth spot and Euorpa League qualification with two games left we'd have been referring them to a shrink.
Not even second half. Three goals conceded in the last 15 minutes. Must, must lift themselves for Wednesday. Whoever wants it most will win it, as Hibs are anything but better than we are.
Hibs last 15 games have seen them win 2, draw 3, and lose 10 including the last six in-a-row. I'd be certain if we get the first goal on Wednesday, we'll win.
I know, think it's the official "border" if you like but Motherwell really extends as far as Craigneuk, up to Carfin, New Stevenson and to the Calder Bridge. Ravenscraig, to all itents, would surely come under Motherwell.
