  1. Let's just stop this right now, it had absolutely nothing to do with jenno or any other motherwell player. If jennings had wanted to get sent off he would have punched the referee square in the pus and not tapped him on the arm

wouldn't that be considered a wee bit too obvious ?

  2. Yes, I would take him back. People on here have selectively short memories. They can remember answers he gave to the media after defeats and they can remember how many times he intonated a desire to go to Celtic or Aberdeen but they can gloss over finishing third in the league, playing excellent football on the back of the awful Malpas season, and they forget they way he carried himself and kept the team together after Phil O'Donnell's death.

I also remember a video of himself shitting himself on telly when the lightning hit the stadium :woop:

I would love to have saw that :notworthy:

*Edit.. was that the aberdeen game near the end of his 1st season ?

  3. Every time this happens there's a feeling of Motherwell heading rapidly downhill. It hasn't happend, nor will it. We'll pick ourselves up and get on with it regardless.

agreed, will be a big loss to Motherwell though, Not just from Craig's experience but from his contacts.. will be a shame if he leaves

  4. Lets face it though, we're going to lose Gow, Blackman and Fitzy in January and we've no got the money to replace them, we're doing well just now but after we lose them things are gonna go down hill, Craig would be right in my eyes to leave now, while things are still going well and move to a club where he can only make things better.. Aberdeen is a win win for any good manager like Craig Brown

I wouldn't be suprised if he went

  5. Boab Malcolm is fucking awful

    Brian Kerr is worse

    Steff Hughes is injured

David Clarkson played at the weekend for Bristol from the start

You are a sandwich short of a picnic

I never suggested Hughes was signing with anyone or us, just that he was back in Motherwell and it may be possible

Clarky had been up, and as far I knew he was still here, don't follow english football so I wouldn't know if he was back or not

now before you make any comment about sandwiches and picnics take a good look at yourself :O

  6. Bob Malcolm's back in Motherwell along with Steve Hughes and Brian Kerr, that is three players I would love to see back with Motherwell

Edit: Also hear from Clarky's next door neighbour that he is back up at the moment and Bristol are thinking about punting him, he could be another good shout for us

  7. ALAN Gow wants to sort out his Motherwell future before New Year with the on-loan striker's contract due to expire in January.

The frontman has struck up a great partnership with fellow loan man Nick Blackman to help fire the club up the SPL table and into the Co-operative Insurance Cup semi-finals.

But Gow's Fir Park future remains uncertain. Following his side's 2-1 defeat away to Hibs he said: "I've spoken to the manager but the club will dictate what happens.

"At the moment they don't have much to spend. I am out of contract on January 15, the manager wants me to stay, I'd like to stay but we don't know what the finances will be like.

"Hopefully I can get it sorted. I need to stay fit and play football."

Gow, an ex-Hibee himself, missed a glorious chance to level for Well when his side were 2-1 down but more worryingly he was involved in a sickening clash of heads with Francis Dickoh that saw the African stretchered off. He said of that incident: "I've got a bit of a sore head because I took a whack myself. But thankfully I'm all right.

"The ball was there to be won, it was just a clash of heads and he came off the worst."

Gow was gutted at the defeat and said: "They got a great result against Rangers and we knew they would have more confidence about them but we didn't play well enough.

"We were better in the second half but the difference was Derek Riordan. When he gets a chance he usually finishes.

"We didn't take our chances. We had most of the possession in the second half and the boys are saying Steven Saunders's goal should have stood. It looked onside but that's life.

"There's no point in moaning about it. Hibs are a massive club and will be involved in the fight for third with us.

"We were in that position but we've lost it now. It's up to us to pick ourselves up and make sure we're ready for the next game."

hes not on loan.. we signed him on a 6 month contract from being a free agent

  8. makaveli? :D

anyway there's plenty of silverware in the main stand if you know where to look.

there's a quite a lot of fucked seats in the south as well that must have been smashed by the dundee united oap bashers at the league against them. i take it united will have to pay to sort this?
