Agreed that the away leg is the one most people will want to be broadcast, I'm not up for watchin text commentary for another Motherwell European game, absolute pish.

Everybody that saw the game last night seems to agree that the no.9 for the blacks, 'the salim guy' was the best trialist and worth a punt. I believe he's primarily a left winger which is one position we are certainly in need of a good player that is natural out there (not Sutton). Hopefully Paw Broon was in agreement with everybody on here.
Whats the script with signing players at the moment, is there a deadline for the game against Odense?

My sister has just taken delivery of a pile of Norwegians at the Premier Inn she works at (Orion Way on London Road).

I had that at the briedablik game, i had ordered mine online and had to wait ages just to collect them. It's frustrating that rule by fifa that's whats taking all the time.
I ordered 4 tickets online for Thursday, I sent my burd to pick them up yesterday cause I was working, after waiting for 20 minutes she was told that tickets ordered online would be delivered. Never said anything about delivery when I bought the tickets, they better arrive today!

Ma burd went to pick up ma tickets yesterday and said that ma dug done a shite beside a footballers Audi. Ma burd knows hee haw about football but said he was a footballer cause he had a big watch and a flash motor

The other trialist was a very tall left winger, looked North African, seemed to be french speaking, his name is Salim.
Both looked the part, the winger looked a bit special though and his finishing was very good.
Sounds interesting, hopefully the player we have been looking for to bring a bit of creativity to the midfield.

Maybe we should offer companys around the area a smal section roughly 0.25x0.25 inch with their logo for the whole season for £1000?! Surely we could get 250 companies to do that?!?
I don't think many companies would be willing to shell out any money for 0.25x0.25 inches on a Motherwell strip. The point of sponsorship is so that a company's name/logo is seen by lots of people and with this proposal the only people who would really see each name/logo would be the fans who bought the top and actually spent the time to look carefully at the big mess on the front of the strip.
A stupid and frankly thoughtless idea I'm afraid.
