    Paul Mcgrillen

Did 'Flow not say that UEFA are pretty strict with these sort of things. Maybe the word came from them that no tribute (armbands or silence) was allowed.
  2. That site's normally very accurate. That's only this year's coefficient so far, not our UEFA ranking. this year - http://www.xs4all.nl/~kassiesa/bert/uefa/d.../trank2009.html don't know why we're not named but we take on our country's co-efficient because we don't have one. So we're around 179th for this year too. next year - http://www.xs4all.nl/~kassiesa/bert/uefa/d.../trank2010.html
  3. However, due to our wee run this year, we're currently 179th in the 2010 rankings.

    Hat-tricks

Naw! Missed another one! Well, technically I was in Airdrie last night, but that was for work and had to leave and head home at a time that meant it wasn't suitable to make it back over. Actually passed 'Flow as he was arriving at the stadium and I was heading to pick the missus up.

    Hat-tricks

I'm destined never to see a 'Well hat-trick in the flesh. I was working some (rare) overtime the day Ferrere scored his (Feb 2002), was on my stag do in Aberdeen when Faddy got his (May 2003), and was away for a post-new year party when Clarkson got his (Jan 2004). One of these days I'll be there.
  6. Just back from that neck of the woods (half hour from Llanelli) and the route I took was M74 - M6 - M5 - M50 - A40 - A449 - M4. Took around 7 hours with 2 stops. If we didn't have the kids and only needed a couple of comfort breaks, instead of proper stops, it would have been closer to 6 hours. There's roadworks on the M4 between Newport and Cardiff with a few speed cameras along the way but not average speed cameras. I would recommend the services on the M5 just before the start of the M50 (Strensham, I think). Quite new and has a Costa for a caffeine hit for the last leg of the journey.
  7. Can I just say ARSE! to the 1st round draw. 1st leg's up here when I'm down there and 2nd leg's once I'm back home with no chance of getting more time of work.
  8. Just checked again - wed be unseeded in the 3rd round. That's when some of the big boys enter (Roma & PSV, amongst others) so it pushes us down a bit.
  9. Added to that, I think both us and Falkirk would be seeded in the next round.
  10. Llanelli, 1st leg away, would be ideal for me seeing as I'm heading down to Wales for a week. It would only take me about 45 minutes to drive from where I'm staying.
  11. As per usual, Bert's on the ball. http://www.xs4all.nl/~kassiesa/bert/uefa/seedel2009.html
  12. I would recommend Scott Glynn - if he's available. He's a rugby man, right enough, but I've seen him a couple of times and thought he was brilliant. http://www.thescottglynnexperience.co.uk/
  13. I wasn't sure so I checked the official site.
  14. According to The Sun, in an article about the 1911 census, the house Madonna now owns/lives in was owned, at that time, by none other than the Duke of Hamilton. I researched a little and it seems that Lord Hamilton and the Duke of Hamilton are the same person. So it appears that the chap who gave us the land to build Fir Park's house is now owned by Madonna. http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/featu...icle2129383.ece I told you it was useless!
  15. Given that he's the most capped Motherwell player of all time (think that's the case), club captain and a great role model for the younger players and has spent nearly 10 years at the club, and hopefully many more, also taking into account his blossoming media career can we expect to see him as a captain on Question of Sport any time soon?

    We're Open Again

Yay! Only problem is that my work's having a wee reshuffle and I'm getting moved to a different group of sites where I will no longer be the internet police or be in front a computer all day.
