How many ex players there now?

While I don’t get too fussed over pre season results. It does worry me a little, that we didn’t score any goals in the two games so far.

ERCOT actually have a bunch of their customers with thermostats that ERCOT can control. Instead of building/maintaining a system that provide enough power they crank all their thermostats up a few degrees in the summer to reduce the load!! Luckily we are not one of them.

Yes, we are not very good down here with electricity. ERCOT - (electric reliability council of Texas) not quite covered themselves in glory of late.

When are our “new” new signings coming in then? I think Flow mentioned we had a few lined up?

At least we have someone in the team now that can pass a ball.

Great start to the week. Day off and Liam Kelly joins us on a 3 year deal.

There’s one or two players I would leave out before thinking about dropping O’Donnell.

For me O’Donnell middle of the pack. Better than some not as good as others. Would like to have seen him maybe try to take players on but balance that by saying he very rarely gives the ball away.

Its a tricky choice those kind of punt players. Once we know he is good then so do all the other teams which makes it harder to keep him.

I’m hoping he scores one like his goal against the Irish team for us.

My only gripe with O’Donnell was that he didn’t take players on but then again that’s not really something I expect of him. His forte is making runs up the right into space and crossing. Several times our midfield had blinkers on and didn’t give him the pass into space to make the run but instead forced it down the left side.

No blame on Hendry. The final third is where you can actually take risks and he chose the shot over a pass. That’s fine. Just an unfortunate bounce of the ball when it was blocked. There’s no reason why Marshall should have been that far up the field

He slots the easy ball to the right and it never happens but had it gone in we would be talking about that goal instead.

I think O’Donnell was ok today but we were needing someone to take players on and run at defense on the right hand side.

Agree it was a great strike but he doesn’t have the opportunity if Marshall is in a decent position. I don’t really understand what he was that far up the park. He had a few good saves so I’m not blaming him for the defeat. Like someone else mentioned I think our initial line up and approach was too negative.

So we shouldn’t use other means at our disposal?
