Agree with the post. My mate and i were talking about the money gap that gives that mob a big advantage over the whole league. Thought it was a good game and we did well to limit Celtics chances. We have no real proven scorers where Celtic can field 3/4 every game with another few on the bench. No benefit in blaming individuals as we gave it our all.

Of all the positions i have seen him play he is best as a central defender, he's never a midfielder.

If he was switched back to his original position as a central defender he might have a chance but never as a midfielder.

Would have thought Corneilius could have started before Goss and surely no place in any Motherwell team for Carroll.

Agreed, VV did nothing last night due to it being obvious to everyone in crowd that he was carrying an injury. Not good enough if we can't put somebody in as a replacement as an out and out striker. Couple of decent forwards needed quickly.

The young guy Devine looked like a prospect in centre of defence too but has never had a chance.

I may have missed something on here previously ( due to the shit you have to take sometimes on this site i don't always trawl through the vitriol before posting (Silly me eh)) but i have checked team stats for the past few years and as I thought Barry Maguire is always listed as a defender, So why are we not playing him as one .
