  1. It's international break for play offs.
  2. We have always had the same problem against shit teams at home, especially big physical ones. We struggle to break them down, they score with their 1st attack, we push forward more and more, don't score, and they finish us off with a 2nd on the counter in the 2nd half.

    Hibs Coverage

I would be surprised if radio Scotland weren't covering it, either live, or open all mics? Doubt there will be a stream, but you'll get highlights at some point during the Ross county v Celtic programme.
  4. Has anyone ever written to Celtic to complain about the treatment? I haven't been in the away end at parkhead for a few years, but it's been like this for long enough. If anyone has a genuine grievance at how they were treated, maybe they should write to MFC and CFC. Perhaps we could get together with other SPL clubs, who I know experience the same treatment, and request our clubs refuse their allocation. Cutting off our nose to spite our face, maybe, but might highlight the issue? Maybe even make the media take notice? Real radio phone in used to be quite good for asking questions of clubs in these sort of situations? Not sure if they still do, as ewen Cameron was the one asking questions. Unfortunately, although you may feel you were treated harshly, they may just say your behaviour was not acceptable, and they never heard or saw anything happening to their right, and anyway 2 wrongs don't make a right... 5. If ever I doubted you had become a charicature of yourself, there's the proof.
  6. I believe this is still the case, and each team must be on a certain amount of times. Think they might get more than 4 now?? We'll get the 3 or 4 OF visits, and a Monday night game against Dunfermline or something, and that's yer whack! If you get 2 away games on in a season, you're lucky! Unless you are an OF fan, in which case sky sports is an away season ticket.
  7. Paul Gallacher got POTM, not sure about YPOTM??
  8. Fair enough! Thought a pub regular, or employee might know. I was quite curious until I saw google, and realised you were taking the pee. Cheers for the info though. There was a Celtic game (9-0 v Aberdeen) on in a pub I was in last season, and it was a poor poor Internet stream, I knew they'd scored from soccer Saturday, so could look up for all the goals, otherwise it was barely watchable. Got the impression the usually pick up a satellite stream from the disappointed regulars.
  9. Anybody know what foreign channels it's on? Would go to a pub to watch it if it's a satellite job, but if it's an Internet stream, I'll stay home. Is it on Irish tv?
  10. Aye, would have been Sunday 3pm regardless of tv. Could have been 1230 Saturday if not for Europa league.
  11. Instead it goes to a keeper we put 4 past! Although by the same logic, mccoist would have been manager OTM... Good recognition of the good work McCall is doing with limited resources!!
  12. Cheers. I won't know until last minute (like 2.30), so will probably just watch it in a pub sitting on my hands!
  13. Do you need to buy your ticket in advance for Celtic park? Or is their a facility to buy a ticket for the 'well end on the day? I'm working, so it would be a late decision if I was going. Enjoyed away days so far this season, so would consider going if I could do that?
  14. Aye sorry, what I mean is, the negative press based on Europe may affect the decision. It's Clydesdale bank SPL MOTM, so Europe isn't supposed to be a factor.
  15. I went from work and was late, I was at the turnstile when Hibs scored, asked the guy if I could get a concession as we were getting beaten, got in for £10 instead of £20, and 10 minutes later we were 3-1 up!! Delighted! Mccormacks lob was a cracker, we were showboating by then!
  16. It's spl manager, so Europe shouldnt be a factor. Given rangers pumped us 3-0, and they were unbeaten in august, maybe mccoist should get it? You can make a case for McCall or mccoist. McCall has a lot less resources available, and except the rangers game, we have been excellent. Despite rangers good spl form, I think Europe will mean McCall gets it, just playing devils advocate.
  17. On that note, the away supports have been excellent so far this season! I've been at all but rugby Park so far, and the support has been bigger and noisier than I can remember for spl matches. Clyde was quiet, but still a big support on a miserable night!! Is it results, atmosphere, better weather, early season optimism... ? For me it's a bit of everything! Was disappointed tonight when I realised it will be 2 weeks until our next game, 3 weeks until mine, and 6 weeks (Easter road) until I can make an away game. Since I was young...
  18. That's a shocking stat! All the more worrying due to our tiny squad. Probably the strongest 11 we have had in a while, but minus Forbes (and probably Clancy) there are not many guys to step in. Normally we have had someone on the bench who could maybe do something to change a game not going our way. The performance at Clyde the other night was slightly reassuring.
  19. Humphrey knocked it into law, who played it across the face of goal to higdon. Good play by both.

    Dunfermline

Nicky law was good throughout! Really looks a great signing by McCall! Some others were good in spells, Humphrey being brilliant and terrible in the same game. Good debut from Clancy! Lasley was mostly good, but very slow, shown up, when he loses the ball, and can't get back! Good performance, although made hard work of it in the end. 1st half we were excellent.

    Clyde

I kind of agree. Think he found his level!

    Clyde

Agree Forbes was good, but thought hately looked a class act, and what a goal with his weaker foot!
  23. I like Humphrey, and have been dissappointed to see him getting a tough time on here, and hearing it at the games. He was getting a lot of stick from around us on Sunday. I would agree though, when he isn't playing well, he can seem a bit of a passenger, and he hasn't been playing that well.

    Overreaction

I thought we were unlucky to be 2-0 down, but rangers have extra quality, and the ability to attack at pace. We are a bit laboured and slow at getting forward, and due to our minimal squad, in the 2nd half had no way to change it or freshen up. The downside of attacking fullbacks was that we had them both in the final 3rd, and the 2nd and 3rd goals came from balls in behind them.
